Unit 27 December Hunt, last minute success!
muledeerarea33? replied to ScottAdams's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
I'm glad to know such an awesome hunter! Knowing you and your family all these years has been a blessing. Congrats Scott on another great deer! I hope one day to be as skilled in the art of patience and hunting as you. -
I'm puttin I. For the early rifle 40b elk hunt. Best in the state!! I advise you all to do the same.

That must of been a long red light!

I'm very tempted! My G 21 was stolen a few years back. I've got a sar 3 AK in 223(not chineese) but not sure if I'm ready for such a trade.

Fixing cars for a living I wear gloves all day long, I always bring them hunting but always forget I have them, never used them. I don't mind takin a chew with bloody hands.
-
Glen beck has his jean line, Aperantely they bought a Levi's loom for making jeans in the states.
-
If your gonna wear gloves when cleaning an animal, buy disposable rubber ones, 10 bucks per 100
-
Cattle eat them too

I thought I heard a story a month or so ago about your dads elk? You all carried it out and he wasn't there? Or was that his deer hunt?
-
Had a similar experience with a sheep head we found in eagle creek 10 or so years ago. They took it and when we called and asked about it they had no idea what we were talking about. I'm guessing the officer has a nice dead head on his wall now. Oh well.

Saw 5 whitetail does and a smaller spike chasing just after the snow stopped, and 4 mulie doe but didn't see a buck.
-
I know what your saying and would like to add that they should get better technical advisors!! I mean really, if mark wahlberg can read "denti more soup" at 1760 yards clear as day?
-
Glad I could help a little. Like I said, if your not sure just toss it! Leads not very expensive. I'm glad your casting now, it's addicting trying all the different mixes.
-
Amazing! Family is more important than anything, especially when it's hard to get together. Congrats to you all, not just for filling tags but more importantly for getting together as a family to hunt.
-
I'll let ya know tommorow, I'm headed out in the morning. Hopefully with snow!!

Get a thick yoga mat from a hippie yoga place, they're bed roll size, around an inch and a half thick and comfy!

The 2nd amendment allows you to carry a weapon no matter what hunting season, who your hunting with, or what tag you have.
-
My personal opinion? And I shot my deer earlier this week, also have my hunting partners approval. If I see a lion and a 99" buck, I shoot the lion! 100" or bigger I let him fill his tag and then shoot the lion (if possible).

Looks like foamy ocean water!! Dang you take a good picture!! Love it!
