"a few guys"? Were they game wardens or rangers? Or were they stealing "confiscating" someone else's stuff?
-
If they monitor you for months and see that you used corn for a camera and then hunted in that area then yes, against the new law. I imagine you have more common sense than that though, and the man power is limited to actually catch you. Just do what you feel is moral, if you hunt a very remote area.

If one day it happens to go entirely online with no paper apps and money orders accepted, I will be doing the Walmart money card or equivelant like 5guyshunting does. It's the same theory as a money order and still allows you to save for it before the draw. Until then, I'll be buying my money ordes at the circle K on speedway on my way to g&f in Tucson like I have been for the past 10 years.
-
Then save $20 a week.
-
if you apply by debit, credit, money order, it shouldn't matter. everyone on here knows a year in advance that when the time to put in for the draw is. I don't really see an excuse for not having the money up front. If you save around $3 a week in a coffee can then you'll be set. It's cheaper than feeding a starving kid in New Guinea.

The 11 pages of this thread just strengthens the argument that it should've switched back to paper apps and money orders. If you can't afford to play (no matter how many kids/wives you have) too bad. If they want to do online apps then they need to change the law and charge up front and be done with it! No more babysitting or BS with CC info, fraud,or changes. I do money order every year and don't draw every year but I know my app is in and paid for. I don't really see a reason for anything that's happening.

The fault is everybody's. the child should of never of been able to wander I to the yard and take the bone. The yard should of been secure enough that a child could not get into. Bottom line was irresponsibility from both sides. The poor dog should be shot instantly but only because of a bad owner and the babysitter should be charged with child abuse!

I got hit 20 minutes ago!! Early unit 42 bull tag!!!!! Woooohoooo!!! Can't wait to get up to the high pines of Yuma.

Willie, I'd say 80% of your rants I don't understand! That doesn't mean I disagree with you, just means I don't get the ramble. But the one you just posted I completely agree with. I love a good joke as much as the next guy but I don't give a dang who runs the country as long as they run it how our forefathers intended it to be.

What the dimensions and where abouts in Tucson are you?

Amen brother! Luna, big lake, and the res. lakes are good. Res lakes let you camp a bit closer to the water.

Heck, we went up reddington last weekend just to get out for awhile. Was supposed to be a two nighter calling all day event! Turned out to be a two night drinking and cooking fest!! Man did we have fun! Didn't have to go far from home but it was nice just to camp. I hadn't been out since January and needed a break. Point to my rambling.... Anywhere you go (other than home) will be fun.

I'd assume it means after you've met your deductible then your responsible for 40%, like a 60/40 split UP TO the out of pocket amount? but we all know what happens when we assume

Briarpatch Fur Sale Results

thanks for the info. 33, Yes you can hold it over. But to do it right it is a pain in the hind end. Has to be vacuum sealed. As no matter how perfect you flesh the leather. There will still be traces of oil that will rot and cause the hair to slip. Some have slipped improperly held over hides on buyers that are not in business very long. Take care, Willie -
your correct, we are not. I'm not sure if the healthcare exchange (obummercare) works like a standard plan or not? Or if JLW has had insurance or not recently? I was just giving insight on how our plan works.
-
I'm not sure how the plan you looked into is? With our plan from BlueCross (thru my employer), we only pay towards our deductible for hospital stays, surgeries, MRI, etc. our regular office visits only require the $20 copay and prescriptions are as cheap as $2.50. Our deductible is hardly ever met.

Briarpatch Fur Sale Results

How long does the fur last? Could it be saved and sold next year or would it be sub par by then? -
Way better than any other new posts recently!! Congrats to all!

If your in Marana I'd probably hunt the city unit. I've heard there's lots of deer but I just haven't gotten past the golf courses, mountain bikes, hikes, and the residents. Seen some huge deer killed, heard about alot of bad shots and wounded critters, and have heard about the anti groups in the paved parking lots you'll have to park in to hunt. However, if your cool with all of that then hunt the city unit, huge deer! If not then any of the other choices offer good odds for an archer kill with all the work involved.

Is it bad when you find out you're injured and
muledeerarea33? replied to naturegirl's topic in The Campfire
Don't rush the recovery!!!! You'll be screwed for life! I promise you that much, do the exercises, take the time off the doc tells you to, and relax!! If not you'll hurt forever. Trust me. -
I'm sitting on the crapper at the moment.

I've waited this long, I would choose to wait a few more years rather than sign up for obamacare.
