Any unit north or south of I-10 it’s possible. I hunt both and rarely see trouble.

If otc tags became draw, ALL tags would be draw not just southern whitetail. And your right, most non successful rifle hunters will grab the bow and hunt again. Why would the G&F lose out on that revenue by making archery a draw?

I ran into a guy the other day from Northern California. Talked for about half hour as he was here archery hunting. Sounded like a good fella and I gave him some info. He was in an area that I haven’t seen very many out of staters.

I remember driving into Safford, before the first circle K was the “copper, cotton, and cattle” sign.

Honestly I’ve only had to track one wounded archery kill. Blood for probably 2-300 yards. Found it a week later 1/2 mile away with birds circling.

Funny how the member “neverquit” told the dude to give up after 200 yards.
