Chuck spun the crank for a week straight, but jack was too scared to come out of the box!

So let me ask a 20 or 30 something year old who works 5-6 days a week, not much savings, mediocre equipment, can't afford a guide, much less gas money to scout once a week. Does that guy kill a sheep? Are there odds for it? I'm curious because I've been buying bonus point for many years because if I do draw I can't give it all my attention. I'm sure if I did draw it would be priority # 1 but I've always thought it would be costly.

yeah, I've had no issues with them and they seem more available than others -
When I shot my bison I 6th him, tarp on bottom, a layer of ice, the quarters (6th's) on top of that, another layer of ice, the hide and head on top, more ice, another type, then all my gear. 10 hour drive. Original ice cost 50 bucks, stopped once for good measure, 30 bucks. No spoiled meat. Had I of had 3-4 good chests I woulda used then but hide is one heck of an insulator!! Another member mentioned awhile back ago about making one out of plywood and spray foam. I priced it out and it's reasonable for a one or two time use.

I even cringe when my dogs do it! They are social animals, not gay just lending a hand and curious. The childish side of me still laughs and makes jokes though.

A bear, and his "gurl friend" the gay elk.

If money was no object I'd have a lazzeroni. Pry a war bird or bigger. Friend of mine lets lazzeroni hunt his ranch, he gave him a warbird and supplies him with ammo every year he comes to the ranch. That rifle shoots like a dream! I watched a whitetail drop at 1400 yards. I'm told he's getting a new Titan this year in .338.

I feel for the mountain folk whose homes can be destroyed by one wrong accidental fire. The same can and does happen here in the lower thick desert where I live. People here don't follow restrictions because its all private and state trust land (some forest service) point being.... People think that if they don't see pines everywhere then a fire is safe, but my rural desert property can burn just as easy as the pine can, maybe it isn't as extensive as far as acerage but a lost home is the same no matter where your at! I lit my first BBQ Saturday after a couple of soaking rains and I still further soaked with the hose and had it ready while the fire was going.

No fire restrictions where you were at?

For your price range sears or harbor freight for new, Craigslist might find you a nice rolling cart with drawers for around 250ish. My box at work cost 5 grand and my roll cart was 600 bucks. Good boxes ain't cheap. Might think about building some wood drawers if you got the skills and peg board. I've got around 80k worth of stuff at work but at home I'm an extreme cheap skate haha!

What's your price range?

Seems like that would be taken as well? Nice plate. -
i hunt some forest service land that's only accessible by going they private land. The man is nice and gives gate combos but if he didn't then he'd have a few million private (public) acres to him self. Good hunting but hard access. Even g&f private land coordinator is surprised the access we've obtained. There are no easements or public roads into this place.

buddy of mine had the same issue with a marine, extractor failure. Sent it back and 6 weeks later had his shotgun mind you, this was pre-trigger recall times at remmy.

Cattle will Find all that is good!!! Most are as wild as the creatures we hunt. Some cattle need to have a season on them
