Black hills, not black mountains. And that's 99-100% in unit 28. Not 27 -
What's your research on these rifles?
muledeerarea33? replied to Zeke-BE's topic in Long Range Shooting
My 243 has killed out to 813 yards and is good on paper for 400 or so past that. Don't discount the 6mm. -

I was hoping for dead flesh. -
I did something similar a year or so ago when 22 was only seen in pictures and I only has 4 dads and grandpas pick up ammo. Must be our location?
-
I'm counting the days! I hope this's is my year.
-
My apologies Tim. I was referring to design. They never really took off because of not being safe/practical. Either way I've always loved them and don't care about practicality with a gun like that. Good luck with the sale.

Ok, what trades are you looking for? It's a worthless gun (no offense) but I love it and don't have one!! Call me Tim and I'd like to work out a deal.

*Pending Trade* Trade My Remington 700 22-250 for your 700 Long Action
muledeerarea33? replied to EnglishPointer's topic in Classified Ads
haha mine too! And on my wife's pink towels for a better sale lol. -
Always should anneal before sizing, makes it easier and. Less stress on the brass.. I use an old record player with a coat hanger stud in the center to spin the brass. Heat with map gas and dump intro a pale of room temp water. Cold water will brittle the brass..

I'm lucky to have a good friend and neighbor that has a few dedicated shooting lanes set up on his land. The 15-100 yard range has steel set up for pistol and wood back drops for sighting in. Also that's where we shoot clay. If you turn 90 degrees north your set up for 200-1100 yards on steel targets (or paper if you set it up) all safe shooting lanes and 10 min from home. God has blessed me with my shooting.

Good job! Love the wood. I Did almost the same thing this year.

When I was in school we had to walk on stage in the multi purpose room and take a picture. That's it, no outside school pictures allowed. (That I know of?) I'm ok with her fighting for her right or whatever but really? A bolt action rifle and a bird dog? Good for her and her family for standing up for gun rights but I think it's the wrong battle for the war

Recommended Books for Reloading
muledeerarea33? replied to Basser15's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Couldn't agree more 10turkeys! I was taught by an uncle and a great uncle who moulded bullets and loaded. Been casting and loading for over 10 years now and still learning every time. My advice is to find an ole man and obsorb every bit of info he has! The "originals" are a dyeing breed. Pardon my language but you need to rape them of all the info they have! Gotta carry on the traditions. -
Always thought you were in morenci. I might know of one, if its still for sale. I'll look into it.
