#2 looks bigger but #1 has more mass. I'll go 1. He!! They may all be equal for all I know? Which one tasted better? That's all I care about (after I kill one big bull! Haha!!)

What do you all eat that requires a stove? Mountain house type stuff? Is sterno and the fold out aluminum stove heavier than your set ups? I've read on a few guys using alcohol burning home made stoves and they say 11-18?? Ounces of fluid will work for the the whole trip? Just curious. Thanks.

Only legal on private land as far as I know. All other lands it's outright illegal or there's laws stating it's not legal using different wording. Either way, a 5 gallon bucket touching off at 200 yards is a chest compressing, ear drum blowing, neighbor scaring, pant browning, master piece!!!

Bought an old Kelty from a member last year. Huge pack and I don't hike much since I'm fat but have put about 25 miles with it on and have no complaints. Not new, not fancy, but was 50 bucks and better than I've ever had.

83 flood I was 3-4months old, we were the last ones over the bridge leaving Clifton (as I'm told. Two aunts in Clifton list a lot during that flood. 1993 flood never hit town but scared a lot of folks! It seems about every 10-15 yrs there's a heavy rain, snow. We've been overdue. Hope it's a good year for rain but not dangerous.

How long is powder good for?
muledeerarea33? replied to joelpresmyk8's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Had an uncle pass. Used some h4350 (his load and rifle) that was dated 1983 from yellow front. Shoots fine. Another powder dated 1995 from jensens, IMR 4350, again his rifle shoots fine. Both 8 pounders, loaded for then 2 years ago. Bought new powder of the same type with no change. Store it correctly and your good for awhile. -
Make offer. Worst I say is no or maybe. Just sitting.

How do we change the health insurance and retirement benefit that they get? They are the ones who control it!! Only way to "maybe fix it" is to vote in honest people but why be honest if you know once elected your gonna get a good life ater 4-6 years.

Disagree with cutting congressmen down. For example, in AZ all they'd have to do is please Phoenix and Tucson. The rest of the state would be represented by what the big cities want. Not saying the rural areas are represented perfect now but at least we have somewhat of a say in who we vote into office.
