Long story short, I started building a house a few years back. Wife got sick and had to quit working so our second income for materials was lost as well. I'm building with cash so no loan. I've saved enough over the past 18 months to build mt interior walls, rough plumb, and rough electric. However a few things I can't do alone. I need my front entrance installed and a roof framed from my existing hip roof for the entrance (2 valleys, standard hip and valley) the main "truss" for the entrance is going to be 6x8 fir. The post and beams are already in place. I can build the entire main truss on the ground and a boom truck or small crane can lift it or, if a crew could build it in place it'd save my back! Either way way, looking for bids on this job. If you could come out and asses it first it'd be best. On a budget for sure but don't want to skimp. Also have stuff to trade if m interested. Located near benson.

Pack rat damage causes lots of issues. Also check around your trailer harness plug. Any gunk or debris in or around it could short a wire and would turn on all the idiom lights you mentioned. If you scrapped bottom on the rear it coulda caused it too? Just another place to check.
