I get it man. I need to do more! My chores usually include more than most folks because the property and critters but I agree, I need to do more.

Most people don’t realize that it’s not just food but liquids! I understand liquids are the devil!

Still on oatmeal and bourbon lol. Been eating more lettuce wraps lately and working around the house. Bending, lifting, and cleaning in general is a work out! (Not for you gym dudes) but us regular fat folks, it’s a workout!

I wouldn’t sell it! It’s a piece of you! Find another way. If you can’t, I’ll buy it and sell it back to you for cost. But even then I wouldn’t sell it! Also, no idea retail value? Personal value is priceless. Unless a business, no one really wants someone’s trophy, unless they’re doing a favor.

Oatmeal, blueberries and strawberries. Then jerkey or cottage cheese. I’m not the smartest with health.

Blood pressure down to 130/90 the past month. Been doing oatmeal in the morning and still rarely eating supper. Still a fat xxxx but trying I guess.

Need to change this thread to a shitdriver thread! Was stuck behind a group of about 18 cars on I-10 the other day going 68-70 in the fast lane/left lane. (limit was 75) I edged over and saw no one in the right lane. Passed them all going 85 in the right lane and got tons of dirty looks.

I haven’t seen it in Sierra vista but could be wrong. The fry’s on 22nd and alvernon has been my go to source.

Defrosted raw meat yes. Not on partially frozen meat, cooked meat, or veggies. Mostly used for veggies. Made au gratin taters tonight and sliced them using it, paper thin.

I have an older 6” use it all the time for meat and veggies. I like it cause it’s small and storable.

We’ll do broth out of just about every bone in the house. It really is amazing stuff.

After burger grind, I’ll cut it into roasts or stew meat if time allows. Then if I need more burger I just spend an hour on the weekend grinding and packaging more burger. Usually eat less game burger but with the prices of cow being so insane lately, I’ve been grinding more.

Have always done my own deer and small animals but 17 or so years ago I had a bison processed by a reputable processor. The meat was good but I don’t believe it was entirely my meat. We opened a few packages of beef cow T-bones even. I’ve done all my own animals since.
