Not rut and not a buck but had a doe hit by a car in late July a few years ago and she ran to a lady's back yard. Long story short I got a call to dispatch it got a salvage tag. I bought ice and had the wife clear the fridge before The doe died. Gutless method used and quarters were cleaned and on ice as as I cut them off. They were in the fridge and clean 30 minutes from death. All the meat tasted bad! Back straps were tough and too gamy to eat. I got one good crockpot of green chili meat out of it and fed the rest to the dogs. It had to be the adrenaline of being hit by a car (broken leg) before being dispatched.

goodness man! That happened to me in march but I only broke 2 ribs, bruised my liver, split my head, and broke a toe. I couldn't imagine breaking what you did! I was out for three weeks with a month or so of slow moving after that, pretty much recovered now. Hope to see you at the banquet. -

Look into a GM crate motor. They have stock and any stroker you want with a warranty. 383 won't be as good for crawling thru the hills (if you hunt with it?) as the 5.7 also there will probably be tuning issues and an additional cost of ECM work. Also, junk yards are your friend for GM stuff, they sold a bunch and people wrecked a bunch. What happened to your engine? -
Might as well ask, 34b late December 3 points.

And depending on the amount of diesel in the gas, older American vehicles will burn it just fine.
-
Good catch!! Coulda been an expensive mistake! We have a lot guy at work who had a habit of filling new diesels with gas. Made lots if money off his mistakes until they fired him.

If your contained in your pop up, generator and all. There's no reason for a camp ground on a lake. Look at rivers. Won't say which ones but rivers. Have fun, I've been looking at pop ups recently and get more and more excited to take one to all the places I've only been with a bedroll and a lighter.
