Probably gonna taste a little fruity. had that tag last year. Meat was soft and fruity like one would expect. Lack of water this year is gonna make the meat more veiny, bulbousy, and hard. Good luck on your hunt.

I may be wrong but I think the 30v is harder steel, takes an edge very well and keeps and edge very well, just harder to sharpen. I have knives with both and they re sharpen well. Prefer the 30v though.

Im with you for sure! Less activity has weighed me down LITERALLY!!! And yes 1 problem leads to others. Foot, achilles, knee, hip, back etc etc... Ugghhh it all gets hit hard! This last surgery I had in January I was on one of those scooters you kneel on and then it cause my arthritis in my knee that was kneeling to flare so bad and I got an ulcer on my knee that actually hurt worse than my foot surgery by about 10 times. I thought I was going to have to have my knee drained at got so big. It got to where I didn't even want to get up and go to the bathroom and take a leak I was ready to just get a jug and start filling a jug with p. You know Dan I've never met you in person but I know you're a big dude if we each lost a hundred pounds think how much better our feet might feel mike.... you lose my 100 and I will lose yours!!! Its a hard battle my friend. As you know. But your correct, it needs to be done. -

I broke 4 bones in my foot and 3 toes while hunting. Went back to work to early and re-broke it. Had 3 toes fused and my foot re broke and fixed. Its better now but not fully. Still walk sideways on that foot and its pulling my knee and hip out of place. I used to hike 10 miles on a hunt and now I walk a mile and hurt for days. Made me fat too lol. The weight gain after killed me. Hard to lose! -

Sears Model 53 Good for a Donor?
muledeerarea33? replied to Elk Reaper's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Leave it alone. Find a beat up M700 or M70 and build a rifle. Try to wipe copper and clean the 53. If that doesnt work then leave it alone. -
oh really? Explain that for me please,
