So Im drinking 3 liters when I wake up at 4:30 am. Drink another 5 liters thruout the day and still feel dehydrated. I do one 32oz Gatorade in that 8 liters and maybe an electrolyte tab or two in my water. Stopped drinking booze a month ago. Havent had a soda in over two years. Im thinking my salt intake from food is too high.
