Get 100 fire brick, a shovel, and a cord of hard wood. A hatchet and an ax is handy too. Pit/smoke your meats. I bought a gas grill for the first time in my life a year or 2 ago. It does great but after 20 years of smoking with wood, it seems real hard to change. I tried.

I’ve ran a vortex tripod for years. Have had a few leg sections slip and they replaced them for free! I’m 6’1” and it’s tall and sturdy. I’ve wanted to buy a new one for the last 5 years but with what I hear, i’m better off using my old vortex.

I’m not sure how the head attaches to the tripod? I’ve had the same vortex tripod for 10 years. I’d it a screw attachment thru the center? Do you know if it’s specific to manfroto? Thanks.

What is the best Couse unit in AZ
muledeerarea33? replied to ChaseLeavitt's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
I’ve seen a few good Coues in 37b. Close to the airport, you’ll be able to hunt from a motel and have a decent chance of killing a buck. Just be careful because muledeer inhabit the same area. -
I totally agree with lee!! Except I’m young enough and still enjoy cutting wood. I grew up with a wood stove. About the time I left high school my folks got natural gas (wasn’t available before then) it is really nice letting a thermostat take care of heat!! My self, I’ll cut wood til I can’t and hope I get natural gas at my property. If not.... I’m buying a pellet stove! Or whatever the government lets me buy at that time.

what rifle for me 14 year daughter ?
muledeerarea33? replied to fireplanes's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
How many people here had a brake on their deer rifle when they were 11? How many didn’t? I don’t regret having to shooting open sights and no brake. I think it made me handle a rifle better. -
Any Walmart or gun store is a dealer, don’t need to go to a g&f office
