It’s crazy to watch, I had some 40 grain .224” blow up in mid air coming out of my 223wssm. -

Sounds like you need to explore a few different “rifles” maybe a different caliber? I know I know I’ve had the same one for almost 15 years now and wouldn’t trade her for the world but to each their own.
