Where I’m at, mark up is only 5 bucks a tire. But we don’t have the option to sell most of the tires that a truck would use. Call or stop into dealer tire up there in the Phoenix area. They have good prices. Also look for tire wholesalers. Some are in shady wharehouse districts but cash customers get great deals! Discount will still mount them and provide certificates (or at least they used to)

I watched a black spot years ago that I thought was a burnt tree (wild fire in the area) I kept going back to it with my binoculars and it looked like it was slowly moving. After glassing back and forth for an hour I realized it was a bear. I watched it for about 20 min and eventually saw the cubs following. I was about 400 yards away. Mama and cubs looked to be 40 yards apart while they ate prickly pears. Had I of realized was a bear and shot it not seeing the cubs....... woulda been sick with guilt and probably illegal. Even though I didn’t see the cubs til later.

Mostly cow calf operations in southern az. Dry ponds are either forgotten because the ground couldn’t hold the water or the pond was built 30-60 years ago and the bottom won’t hold water. It’s not that they won’t fix it, it’s a question of, is it worth fixing or can the money be spent better in another area for water. If the calves sold from these outfits halted, where would the Midwest and eastern “fatting” houses get their beef? Az usually send babies, back east/central makes them a consumable product.

I bought a 70 mile range one since I love 40-50 miles from the towers. I get 4 good English channels and 5-6 Spanish. Mines roof mounted. It depends on your line of sight and any interference with digital.

Reddington road, find a good hill side 8-10 miles off and start walking. Bring as much water as you can carry. Might be water or might not be. Depends on the rains. It will get well below freezing at night and be 80+ possibly during the day. Bring shelter for snow and for warmer nights. Basically what I’m saying.... it’s a crap shoot. Watch the weather close.
