I layered bone in breasts in a baking dish, covered with green chili, then made a bacon weave to put on top. Smoked for an hour and it came out really good! Think about 20 breasts fit in the dish.

Never plucked a dove before. Usually just the two breast halves. Sometimes I’ll do the breast on the bone.

Make a vinegar oil marinade with garlic, basil, chives, olive oil, apple cider or rice wine vinegar, soak em an hour or two then grill them. Tastes like steak bites.

I looked last year for a decent price on these or the swaro hd’s and couldn’t find one. Ended up buying the swaro’s new but would of taken these in a heartbeat!

I use good quality fake turf wrapped around my legs and duct taped on.

So no shoulder roast on that one....

Holy crap! Brutal here! At my job if a customer supplied a quality part, I’ll install it for the same labor as I would if I bought the stuff. No warranty on parts or install in that case but I’ll install it. If the product isn’t on par with what I’d normally install then I decline the job.

I’m guessing your shooting with both eyes open? I see double if I do that, always have. I have “special” eyes.
