I can feel your smile all the way over here Jaycie! Congratulations again girl. Gorgeous buck with a beautiful square frame and a "come to life" mount that make the memories that much sweeter. It justifiably deserves its well placed position on the best wall of your house. You make us all very proud of you.

Yesterday evening, before the AES banquet, Amanda called me asking if I needed any produce. She was at a market in AJ and she couldn't believe the prices and the quality of the vegetables. After a little talking back and forth, I knew I needed to visit this place, so here we are a day later! I gotta say, petty impressed and Amanda was spot on! Market is on E Apache Trail, just West of Meridian in Apache Junction. (East side Phx) They also have another location in Mesa. If you have some spare time, check em out. You won't be disappointed!

I'm so happy for you! Always nice when the score comes in higher than what you came up with at the ranch. Congratulations again.

Again, that buck is awesome! Can't wait to check out the new storefront and see the mount in person. -
Great time had by all! Many thanks to Allen Taylor and Steve Clark, I upgraded to my lifetime membership! Here are a few photos of tonight's festivities!

Looking forward to a great time. I am very impressed with the Arizona Elk Society and will be upgrading my membership to "lifetime" soon because of their proactive stance on AZSFW. Everyone knows that they put on a phenomenal banquet and a great show!

Allen, great idea! Right now, more than ever, we need HELP in getting the word out to the general public. Please consider this time in collecting some favors, connecting with contacts, anything that can make this happen! This is a ticking time bomb and action is urgently needed. If you both have any ideas we would love to hear them! -
Arizona Sportsmen Against HB-2072
Chef replied to AzHuntingAddict's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
You might want to change the name. HB2072 is no longer. If this appears again, it will most likely have a different number. Basically, when calling legislators and representatives, HB2072 is a non issue. The concept behind it, however, is alive and well. Just trying to help as I hope you get the word out to the masses and thanks. -
...and donate time and/or money to the organization that represents you best.

Political discussions & cwt
Chef replied to tjhunt2's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
Yup, too many opinions and differences in them. That's why religion, politics, taste in music, etc are touchy subjects and can ruin an otherwise good time. I have many friends all with different beliefs and we get along great because we don't push the issues with each other. Agree to disagree. Good post AZbowhntr. -
bump. Gary, I did as Allen requested and did post on MM and spread the word to others. Some told me you did the same.

TJ, I agree, it's easy to forget the simple and important things in life when all this is going on. I'm with you on taking a breather. Right now we must remain vigilant as things are progressing at a fast pace. This is where "doing" is more important that "talking" if you know what I mean. I hope I don't have to explain myself on that one. I do think people know what you mean. -
Thanks for the update Allen. We must remain vigilant as well as continue to spread the word.
