Way to go Keven! You did the right thing by heading back down again a week after you got back from the ranch! I'm so happy for you and your beautiful buck is well deserved. I know you guys ate well too! Justo looks good and you are right, he treats you like family. Congratulations again my friend.

Dude! What a buck! Congratulations! *On another note...it was nice meeting you at the Tucson Sportsmans Warehouse a few weeks back. -
Woah! That was amazing to watch! Beautifully documented and well put together! You must have had tons of footage on the cutting room floor after the editing. It looks like you captured everything along your hunt. Big time congratulations and thanks so much for sharing. Best I've seen.

Congratulations! Love your ram.

TJ, thanks for keeping us posted on your recovery. I hope you continue to make good progress and are back at it again soon. I'm very happy it wasn't as serious as it could have been. -
Congratulations Josh! That's one heck of a feat and a lot of work to get your hunter on a buck like that! Way to go to Bob as well!

Another great hunt with family and friends.
Chef replied to cramerhunts's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
As always, was a great time hunting with Phil and John. It is spectacular to watch how hard these guys hunt for the bucks they get off their trail cameras. We went from extreme temperature patterns to elevation changes and it was quite the adventure. I'm always learning and this hunt definitely taught me some good lessons in perseverance and patience. Congratulations again guys, until the next time! -
Good morning CWT family. I ask that we can all pray for Ernesto as he has been struggling with some major issues as of late. He has been bed ridden for the past month and in a lot of pain. He barely started to take steps again about two days ago. Even then, it's only about 15 steps before he has to sit down again. When this all started, he was working and was struggling through the pain, until it literally brought him to tears. He left work and straight to the doctor. They have issued him strong pain meds and injections, but to no avail. He is scheduled this AM for an MRI and hopefully they can figure out what is going on. Hang in there my friend. I pray that the answer comes today and you are back at it very soon.

I just can't put into words how proud I am of you Jaycie. You are becoming quite the huntress and your willingness to put in the hard work impresses me so much. That day on top of the mountain when you told your Dad that you wanted to take the long, brutal, route to go after the big bucks...nearly brought a tear to my eye! As you know, sometimes that dedication is what it takes to harvest trophy bucks. I can't wait to see what the future brings for you. Now, whether or not my torn and tired knees will keep up is a different story! That terrain just about killed me! I've NEVER been so much in pain on a hunt in my life. To see you out there enjoying it all was a blessing and really brought back fond memories of being a kid again. To see the world with such wonder, to point out the beautiful things that we sometimes take for granted. Thanks Jayc! You killed a heck of a buck, and with one shot. You're making us look bad. Congratulations again. Phil, you have one marvelous daughter that is truly becoming one splendid hunting partner for you. Many thanks on always setting up a stellar camp. Your Dads cooking was phenomenal and I can't wait to do it all over again.

Woody was a great man. Always had a great story and advice to share on his front porch. His outlook on a lot of things hunting were spot on. His advice will live on in many of us here. May he rest in peace and prayers to Jeannie.

Super video Phil. That ram is what dreams are made of. Aoudad hunts are the real deal, definitely not an easy hunt. Congratulations again to John on his stud ram.

The buck is a toad! Hearing unofficial score of well over 250"!!! Thank you for not posting the photo without permission. It saves Amanda and us moderators tons of grief. If you want to see it, obviously go to the Facebook pages mentioned.

AZ GROUND POUNDERS OCTOBER COUES BUCKS (JIMBO'S GIANT INCLUDED)
Chef replied to AZ Ground Pounders's topic in AZ Ground Pounders Outfitters Blog
The mass and tine length on Jimbo's buck is UNREAL!!!! Congrats to all! -
To clarify, the bragging rights are between the guides in camp. Just a good hearted, competitive racket of sorts where everyone wants their client to bring the biggest buck to the campfire. Sorry if my post came across as anything different. We all know that the hunter deserves full credit and in this case, he earned a MONSTER buck!

Thank for posting! Got this same photo sent early this AM. Brett may end up with bragging rights in camp. Good job guys! Wish I was up there.
