Cool pics. Interesting what we see while out in the field. Ever see the picture of that quad rider that hit a cholla? OUCH!!
-
I was thinking the same thing!

A few years back I was in the archery shop in Flag. I was looking over the tripod heads and was looking at Jim Whites head specifically. He happened to walk in the store to check on things when we struck up a conversation. He explained all that entailed in the unit and gave me the scoop on the warranty. "If it breaks, I'll fix it." Nuff Said, I've been a happy owner of that head since. No issues to speak of. Very light and especially compact.

Not to hijack the thread but your avatar gives me buck fever. You know if anyone ever harvested that bull?

Christian, I met the people that bought your old Scout! They are looking at getting a new John Deere Gator soon. Small world. BTW, call me when you guys get some more torque wrenches in stock.

Great job you did with her Amanda. She sure did have a very happy smile.

Quite a bit less. Between the rain and it being Sunday...

Another great day at the expo. Again, saw some old friends and met some new ones. Thanks to all that stopped by. The long sleeve T-shirts continue to be a great seller. Even the kids were showing off with the Grong orange shirts! It was cool to hear some of the elk calling contestants while representing us with shirts on as well! The Covert trail cams continue to have a great following. A few more are heading to Africa soon as a couple leopards have been having their way with some sable antelope. The PH hasn't had much luck in patterning the cats so he is going to put these trail cams to good use. Amanda sold out of Duwane's "How to hunt Coues deer" book too.

Wish I would have caught it. We had to leave before the rack got there. Saw some good friends that I see mainly in hunting camp and even more friends at different booths. Decent show. I noticed it a bit slower than years past. Hopefully tomorrow brings out the masses and we sell a ton of shirts and trail cams! I'll be at the CW.com table so make sure to stop by and say "Hi"!

That's a possibility I had not considered! Phil, The crazy thing is, if it wasn't for his friends wife, we wouldn't have the puddin'! I told him he could have made the local paper!

Keith, Prayers sent man. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to help out. Keep us posted on any updates.

I completely understand the need for something stable (and quick) to rest a rangefinder on. Especially for long distances or with a bad case of the "shakes". I'm at a loss for what to come up with as I would prefer to keep my bino's on the tripod, unless he could come up with something that would go on his quick release plates. (?) I also don't know how much I would be willing to pay for something like this. Would have to be reasonable.

Cool pics, especially the chase. Wonder how they reacted after the flash went off.

With a goatee he looks just like Gonzo from the D-Backs too! Congrats again man. It will be cool to see what Woody does with him. Now that's what I call a VACATION!
