Great footage. Nice shot on that buck Eric. I loved the play by play on the first hunt too.

Cool pics of that white kid Amanda. I too enjoy watching sheep/goats and marvel at how well they traverse the terrain they to. It would certainly make any man cling for life or fall and lose it.

Great write up and thanks for taking us along. I've been so busy with work, I haven't had much time to get out this spring. -
So, AGAIN, I was mindin' my own business....

Great pictures of the coiled snake Jim. The thing I hate most about encountering a snake, is that afterward, EVERYTHING looks like a freaking snake! Just ruins my hike. -
DUG, you could always get a good quality scope and get a ballistic turret made from Kenton Industries. http://www.kentonindustries.com/

That's a lot of antler!

Glad it turned out well for you. Kudos to the guys that helped you out. Great to hear one was a member of the forum and even better that he was sporting a sticker!

DUG, You made a very important and valid point. I have been on hunts where the hunter could not make out his B&C reticle under fading light. It can literally become a nightmare scenario, especially when you are depending on that to make the shot. The Zeiss "reticle selector" on their website is a good reference. Don't take it as a sales gimmick for their illuminated reticles, but as a real world reference to what a standard "busy" reticle (like the B&C) can become under low light.
