  1. All right, maybe this has been done before I don't know. But I am planning a BBQ for CWT members and there families in the Flagstaff area. Or whoever wants to come! Figured it was a good way to get to know some of you. I have mentioned it to several already and all have said it was a good idea. So get the word out. I need some input on dates and times that would be best for the most members possible. I am thinking sometime in May. (The forest should still be open) Would a Saturday or a weekday afternoon be best? Lance

    what kind of animal

Both of them look like Coyote. I have the same all around my house. Cats usually make a scratch when they dump that is very visible for a long time. Looks a little too big for a fox. And looks like deer hair in the first one. likely from a road kill munchin coyote or dog. They both look very old! Hope you placed your camera low to the ground. Next time take a picture with it in your hand so we can better see the size Lance
  3. Those are some nice not tipical elk you got going there! Great pictures! thanks Lance

  5. Bryson.... CTR, and may your Heavenly Father bless you all with many more and bigger fish when you return! Lance
  6. I know there was a favorite picture from last year thread a while back. I would have posted this one if I could find it. Any way, I finaly found the disk so here it is! The better fishing was out in the middle and the kids didn't have waders. It's no good to leave the kids on shore while dad catches all the big fish, so something has to be done. And yes as you can see from the second picture it worked just fine! Feel free to show us your favorite "fish" picture from last year.
  7. You know the saying... What happens in camp, STAYS in camp. I hope! I thought that if you pose for a picture then it gives everyone permission to use it Isn't that the rule? Between Friday and Saturday I think we had 35 people total. Two families stayed till Sunday. There were about 30 items handed out in the raffle. It raised $116.00 for coueswhitetail.com A few select people seemed to win everything while the others had to settle for consolation prizes Who was it that won the Mexico hunt? 3 attendees attended the Mormon Lake shoot and the archery shooting around camp was a blast as people tried to sight in their 100 to 120 yard pins Several went fishing and a few lucky ones with tags got in some scouting! Food, Fun, Games and Vegging under the cool pines swaping lies with good company! It was good to have everyone there and meet some new faces. Thanks for comming! We have more and bigger plans for next year and hope more people can make it! It was a great time! I know many pictures were taken and expect to see a few popping up! Lance
  8. I set camp. There were several other camps around but we have a great spot about 500 yards off the left side of the dirt road that heads into Marshal. You cant see it from the road, you have to fallow the paper plates that say CWT on them Don't miss them! I have a white and blue Weakend Worior parked there. Lance
  9. I counted at least 13 IA's and 2 BP's running around!

  11. OK, here is our schedule. I am planning on being there friday by noon. I am going tonight to set up my toyhauler and claim a spot. Fishing, 3D archery shooting around camp, scouting, Mormon Lake 3D shoot. It gets light at 4:30 so there will be plenty of time to fish and scout before breakfast! If you want to do some fishing then let me know, I'll have some suggestions! Bring your own camp, toiletries, chairs and soft drinks. NO FIRES!!! Cooking with Gas ONLY!!! You are welcome to donate whatever you want to the CWT raffle!!!! Tickets will be sold for $1.00 and proceeds will go back to coueswhitetail.com OK these times are set in concrete! OK, more like beach sand, but you get the picture. See you there! Lance

I'm a pro at geting thoes kind of pictures! I feal for you man! Warmth of the sun and movement of the grass. If you could flip through your pictures like a cartoon, you would likely see the grass waving back and forth! Lance
  13. These are some pictures from scouting around the end of May. This bull is already a nice 6X6 This bull is getting some extras around the top. And this bull has a huge spread and all his front points are form 15 to 20 inches! His tops are still putting on alot of mass, so we are expecting alot out of him!

  15. I figured breakfast would be over around 10. Figured most people would be gone by noon. ?
  16. Hey Amanda! Sorry you can't be there. I got the stuff you sent me! Looks great, with a total of 32 things to give away! If no one shows up then do I get to keep it all? Here is the deal guys.... What you say we sell rafle tickets for a $1., and then donate the money to the upkeep of this site? If you have some sort of something to donate to the raffle then bring it. and bring a little cash. If you have nothing to donate then of course that is just fine. We would just love to have everyone show up! We could do the raffle right after breakfast on saturday morning. You have to come to be able to buy a ticket, but you don't have to be there for the drawing for thoes who are only comming for a little while. All good? Lance
