Saw a CWT sticked in units 27/28 who is this?
Lance replied to Lance's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
Anyone? Maybe it is still parked there? You would think that if someone would put that sticker on their truck that they would be on here all the time or know someone who is.? Maybe they don't want anyone to know where they were hunting? -
Very nice! Them dang things usually illude my bullets and arrows. that picture makes me want to get out and try harder!

Nice write up! Jreat pic with the whole one toed crew! Thanks Lance

He shot the muley with I think an old Hoyt and G-5 heads. Considering the fact that there were several misses involved I guess he should have been shooting a Mathews! Surly it was just the bow and not buck feaver! Lance

Well, I spent most of Jan hunting Southern AZ for everything that would walk, run or fly! Heck, we even shot them if they were sittin still! See the "9 javelina tags" thread under "Other Big Game". These pictures will be about the time that we spent chasing deer! First off, Jim wanted a spot and stalk Coues buck and a javelina. We started out with a great weather day and then 4 days of wind, freezing rain and fog! and then ended with a couple of days of cool breezy weather. We saw 20 Coues bucks and got close to a half dozen of them drawing the bow on one with no shot and missing another Coues buck do to gusting winds slamming the arrow to the ground. Crazy! He did get a Javelina and we found some great Coues sculls! Enjoy!

TJ Thanks We hunted state land, forest service and some private but it was all open to the public. We also saw three bobcats and a fox but were not able to harvest any of those. Dove, Quail, rabits, predators, Javelina, Mule deer, Coues deer and even waterfowl if you like. Cant beat that! We call it the "Safari"! The kids love it! We take a shotgun, rifle and a bow for everyone and shoot just about everything that mooves! Lots of action is what kids need! (me too) Lance

And then Scott wanted to try to take his first big game animal with a bow and we went Desert (carp) Mule deer huntin! Dang those muleys were ruttin hard! We saw tones of big bucks each day. Scott took a nice three point at noon on the second day after empting his quiver on a 170" class 4x4. After that jon wanted to try his hand at the muley rut and ended up passing shots on some four points himself not wanting to end his '08 hunting quite so early! We also saw a truck with a CWT sticker on it. Anyone know who it is?

By the size of that hole, it looks like they have been putting salt there for a long time. -
WAY COOL BUCK! What a toad! Did you happen to look at his teeth? Is he an old buck? I would be interested in the score on that toad two point! Congrats and welcome! Lance
