My dad passed away a couple years ago and I just got around to cleaning his stuff out of a shed up north. He has well over 100 articles of camo clothing (no Kuiu or Sitka) mostly Cabelas brand, scentlock brand, things of that type of quality. Most of the clothes will be size large, maybe a few med or XL. I’d like to give it to a youth just getting in the sport or to a fellow hunter that is in need of some camo. Only stipulation, you have to take it all. Like I said there is a lot of stuff! Whatever you dont want or need, I’d ask that you give it away to a fellow hunter, like I’m trying to do. Please don’t take this and try to profit from it. I’m trying to do a good thing and give my dads gear some more hunts down the road! Let me know if you’re interested. Too much to take pics of. It’s anything from below zero gear to summer gear and everything in between. Must pick up at my house in south Gilbert or my work in west Mesa. Had a buddy get hit for a deer tag 30 mins ago. Chase card, hits show up and alert him instantly, late hit for sure.

This is not true. You can be in the bonus pass round for a hunt for many years before you draw it. Say an antelope tag…maybe 2 tags go to the bonus pass round, but 30 guys with max points apply, could technically take you 15 years to draw that tag all while being at max points.

Who else drew? We drew unit 54 second season.

I have 7 points in both Wyoming and Colorado. I know that’s not a bunch, but building.

I think we were there about 3 weeks early for the rut. We burned our points because they moved up the hunt dates and we were worried they would slaughter the older age class bucks and we would be stuck holding points. We have started building again. Any advice for antelope? Up to 7 points for them. Would like something 75” plus.

Not even close, we killed early November. We used 6 points. Could have drawn it with 3 though.

It was… Underwhelming. We saw several does daily, but not many bucks. I shot the biggest buck we saw in the first four days. We got into some better bucks later and my buddy shot the biggest buck we saw on the trip.

The OTC tag is a non-permit tag though. A general season tag is a permitted tag. Could a child draw a youth hunt, not kill, take grandma’s October tag, not kill, get grandpas early November tag, not kill, use grandma number 2s late November tag, pass some more bucks just to use grandpa number 2s December tag to slam a rut buck, therefore having 5 tags in one year?
