FWIW I bought my Savage LRH in .300 win mag off gunbroker new, shipped for under $700. Might be worth looking into. And it's a shooter! I had Lance Kenyon on here develop a load for it and if you don't reload I highly recommend reaching out to him.

When you're entering new ammo information and you get to the Zero Atmosphere section, do you enter the atmospheric conditions when sighting in that ammo? Then when you are on the main page selecting your rifle and that ammo do you then change the atmospheric conditions to your current conditions while hunting and ready to take to take a shot?

Yes.....mostly cow hunts and late archery hunts for a bull tag. There's a member on here that has had I think somewhere around 20+ Draw elk tags in a row.

I guess I don't see it that way....why is it ok to put in with your son or dad and then turn in your tag when they draw their tag of choice, but it's not ok for a guy to get $500 and put in with a stranger so he gets his tag of choice? Both ways you're taking advantage of the system. Just playing devils advocate here.

You're lucky your ad has lasted this long....I tried to get rid of a land owner antelope New Mexico tag and got a slap on the wrist for not being a paid advertiser on here.

^^^^^hes exactly right.....I've taken 5 archery bulls out of that unit. 2 spikes 2 in that 280"-300" range and 1 330" bull. You will be in elk every time you leave camp though.
