I owned, at the same time, a pair of Swarovski 10x42 HD and the meostar 12x50 HD, so not an exact comparison, but I sold the Swarovski‘s and kept the Meopta. The main reason I did so was because the color through the Meoptas was much better than the Swarovskis. For my eye Swarovski sort of washed out and everything had a lighter tone to it. Not to mention if you go with the Cabela’s brand Meoptas called the instinct, they have a no questions asked return policy. I haven’t had to use it but I’ve heard from people that have that you walk in with your broken pair and walk out with a brand new pair, even if it is a model or two newer than the ones you had. That being said I had to send back that pair of Swarovski‘s the first time I used them in the field, the focus knob came completely detached and I couldn’t focus the binoculars. I did own a pair of non-HD 10 x 42 Swarovski‘s for 15 years before that and never had them malfunction though.

I need some diagnostics done to my 2004 F150. I’ve replaced the plugs and coils and the MAF sensor based off another shops recommendations and I still have a rough idle. Looking for a good mechanic to diagnose the rough idle. I’m in Gilbert Higley/Elliot area. Work off Dobson/Broadway.
-
The engine does run better after it’s heated all the way up, idles about 100 rpm faster and the stutter is less frequent. I haven’t looked at fuel trims, I’m not too mechanically inclined when it comes to cars.
-
If you think you can fix it I can bring the truck to you, how far is real far?
-
I read about that too, after I cleaned it the rough idle went down by about 70%. I’ve put about 300 miles on it since cleaning the throttle body.
-
I did use motor craft plugs.

No check engine light. I have suspected a vacuum leak, but don’t know how to find it. When I originally had the diagnostic done I had a real bad stutter around 2000 RPMs and it progressively got worse until it started to stutter through the whole RPM range. That’s when I changed the plugs, coils and mass airflow sensor. That solved 90% of the problems, but now the stutter is at idle , it’s better when the truck is completely warmed up, but still noticeable. Before I did all that work to it, and I forgot to mention that I also cleaned out the throttlebody, it idled at about 500 RPMs and at idle will drop down to about 300 RPMs and stutter, now it idles at about 600 RPMs and drops down to 500 RPMs, when it’s warmed up it idols in about 750 RPMs and doesn’t drop down and stutter as much.

I will try that. Thanks

I have some interior painting I need to be done, I started a job and I’m going to run out of time, I need it finished by this Sunday. The house is vacant so you don’t have to worry about the Rona, anybody out there that can do it on short notice? The house is in Gilbert.

I’ve also got that tag. I’ll be up there the first 10 days then if i have to I’ll be back up for Labor Day weekend.

Ya....about that....haha...so the guy i was gonna go up with, his wife unexpectedly drew a 13b RIFLE TAG!!!!! Same hunt dates as our Colorado hunt. We want to hunt it together since we’ve been buying points together, so it’s not in the cards this year, unfortunately.
-
I did, tag #9, 13a archery! Thanks!

It really is a great way to get a guided hunt and not have to pay it all at one time. You can either choose five days fully outfitted so lodging and food or you can do seven days guide only. There are no fees for opting out. I will probably opt out after this because I want to hunt other units that aren’t included in the membership.
-
They have a plan for both residents and non residents. $349 a year for nonresident, $175 a year for residents. I’ve been a member for 3 years so I’ve paid $525 in membership fees. If i drew 13a I’ll have to pay $1250 for a 7 day guide only hunt, counting my membership fees that’s $1775. If i drew 12a west the hunt is free, so I’m only out $525. Definitely not free but deeply discounted.
-
It’s bonus point dependent.....when you join, your discount is based on how many points you have at the time. The closer you are to drawing the hunt the less your discount is. At the time i joined i was closer to drawing the 13a hunt than i was the 12a west hunt.
-
Resident $175 per year, non resident $349 per year.
-
No i meant it’s paid for either fully or partially by the Zero Guide Fees program that I’m a member of.

Ya i thought 11 would put you in max? Maybe he misread and was thinking it was a rifle tag?
-
Ya, your probably right, how do you read this my man?
-
You don’t think I’ve checked the hunt numbers at least 4 times!!!! Hahaha....matter of fact, I’m gonna go check them again! Haha
-
It does come at a price though...i also drew a 3rd season Colorado deer tag that i will have to turn back in, don’t think i can swing both hunts this year.

Archery 13a or 12a west late rifle!!!!! I’m also a zero guide fees member so either hunt will be 7days, guided!
