BRKNAROW, let me know if you guys dont draw out ASAP, or if you dont want to take the VERY LARGE possibility of not getting drawn, we Have lots of Landowner Antelope permits, for quite a few different areas in NM.

300WSM u are very right about everything you said. The Game and Fish have ruined our deer herds here in AZ so badly, that it makes me absolutley sick to my stomach to look back at what they used to be in parts! I have been talking with a couple very good friends of mine about this issue who hunt and are full time lawyers in the valley. We are seriously considering filing a class action law suit against the dept. if this plan does not drop. If we do this, we will be needing as many hunters from with in the state and NR hunters to back us, the money part of it will not be a big problem. We are also looking at the possibilty of including in this suit, a mandatory change in the way the deer herds are being managed in Arizona! The Kaibab which is the best mule deer hunting in the state, is at an all time low for deer! IF this continues, it wont be known as some of the best Mule Deer hunting in the world! Let me know what you guys think about this idea..And please attend as many meetings as you can, and let them know HOW WE REALLY ALL FEEL ABOUT THIS!

But for the most part i sell the permits to anyone who wants to buy them! Drop me an email, and let me know what you would be interested in as far as quanity,price, etc.... P.S. Couestracker, i forgot to tell u, that the majority of the permits are Unit Wide, which means they can be used on the private ranch or on ANY type of public land with in that game unit. For example, if you bought a unit 15 cow tag u could hunt one of the ranches or in the Gila National Forest or on any other piece of public land, AND on any OTHER private land if u have permission!

unit 16a is a great unit, you probably would not do bad at all in unit 15 which is closer. If you have no luck, let me know, I have ALOT of cow and bull landowner permits for both of those areas! Which are guarnteed, so you dont have to wait for any draw! The cow tags usually run right around 4 to 5 hundred. Let me know.

Sdr your right about the heritage fund not paying for all the dang frogs and WOLVES!!!!(that are killing the few deer we have left in unit 27)!!! Our Game and Fish Support them, and they pay for as much as they can with the money they are granted/given! My fire in burning BRIGHT as he**!!! This is so unreal, i did not think our dang Game and Fish could or would ever have the nerve to try and screw us sportsmens out of our Hunting!!! And i completley agree with the rest of you, we need to get a DIRECTOR who cares and everyone that has any say so in our hunting as well!!!FOR THE MOST PART NOBODY IN THE GAME AND FISH(Including most wardens) HAVE NOT EVEN A CLUE TO HOW MANY DEER/Elk are really in each unit(but yet they lie to the pubilc, and add numbers to their so called population estimations!!!) I pray and hope to god with all my might that none of this wil pass, and please if you believe in our great Lord,do the same!!! Also as Azonecam said"Please, everyone who feels strongly about this - send emails to the commission, send letters, and get a fire lit under everyone you know who also does not want to see 50-90% of the best hunting opportunities in our state traded for higher draw odds in poor quality hunts" If this goes through they will never cahnge it back again, and hunting in Arizona will be GONE!!! Just keep barking at them, even though most of us know they dont listen!!!! I have been telling them for the last 10 years to change something with the deer, anything, even possibly putting an antler restriction on deer hunts, so the herd is not dimolshed, BUT THEY NEVER EVER LISTENED!!! They managed to find a way to mess the Kiabab hunts up big time already and now they are working on making the rest of the state worse off for hunters then they already have!!!! Please try to attend as many meeting as possible, and play hardball with them!

If Any of there BS ideas go through, especially the Movement of the Dec. Wt hunts and Sept. Archery bull hunts, I know for a fact that they will be looking at a class action law suit! There are several outfitters from Arizona and from out of state that will be pursuing the idea of a class action suit to get them to turn there CRAZY SUPPOSED managment plan around!!! And yes it is sad that they wont listen(or should i say consider) any of the sportmens ideas!

JIM, I HAVE BUDDY WHO SAW SOME IN THE HELLSGATE WILDERNESS AREA(WHILE ON A PACK IN COUES HUNT), ABOUT 5 OR 6 YEARS AGO. I HAVE SEEN QUITE A FEW OF THEM IN WESTERN PART OF 27. I BELIEVE YOU!

In Overall Ranchers have definetley helped, there are SO MANY water tanks, especially up north, that the elk and FEW deer use that would not be there if it were not for the Ranchers!!! THE GAME and FISH would be in even deeper crap then they already are!!! However THERE ARE SOME ranchers that are overgrazing the land and doing some pretty bad things with blocking passage!

Once again, it was a bad pic, b/c the bull was in the back of a truck but, that gives noone any right to downgrade the animal buy shooting it a lower score, BC YOURE not sure. NO hard feelings John!

I think it was just all the crap about The score, and how there was no way it was any wheres near 136, Even though the pic, was bad i dont think anyone has the right to downgrade or second guess another hunters animal!

The Frog Surverys are true! They do the same thing in quite a few of the southern UNITS! Lark ur right the Dang surveys are done from trucks on PAVED ROADS!!! the condors and the wolves are the same deal! AND there is still even talk about letting grizzlies go in 27(Blue Wilderness Area) Thats where the bunny huggers come into play!!! They are gonna ruin our hunting more and more each year! The surveys they do on the Kaibab are the worst ever!!! they do them when all the Paunsagaunt deer are down there and all the snow is there!!! Those are not resident deer and do not represent real numbers! I wish they would take a look at Utah Division of wildlife's Deer Managment Plans.....Utah GMS even critisize and suggest that Arizona change their idea's behind deer hunting in AZ!!!

300 very true points! thanks! I was afraid to say anything about the NR issue being reversed bc most people believe it was all the Dept's doing, and dont even know the TRUTH! If they had not heard REID, they would have gave up and told us all they did not have enough money to do something aobut it! it is so sad that alot of ARIZONA sportsmen are so impressed with the AZGF! but the things that go on behind closed doors...is truly incredible!!!

yea, possibly some of the remarks are uninformed, but I believe ever hunter has his right to post their opionon about the GAME AND FISH, BC They are a AGENCY THAT CONTROLS OUR HUNTING RIGHTS!!!! And bad remarks towards them dont hurt their feelings!!! But when a fellow hunter bashes another hunter and says that cant be true, or im sure it did not happen that way, it makes them upset!

Hey doc, i feel the same exact way!!! i cant stand those jerks that accuse you of being someone youre not!!! This site is not any wheres near as bad as azod.com!!! It horrible horrible over there, so much bashing and accusing, and people even making up lies about what they know and what not! I hope this site does not go and further in that direction! it is really do bad, that GROWN ADULTS have to act that way! I once posted a pic of a buddies bull that scored over 360, and JEALOUS people second guessed the score over and over again! Hopefully things will get better!

Yes thats very true, they could do the things they wanted, but the problem is they dont truly care! Of course there are alot of Dept. officials that do care and would do some good, but the dont have a say in anything what so ever! The guys that make the rules and put the money where it goes, could give a rats a**! They may even hunt them selves(SOME OF THEM) but not many! I have kept my mouth shut for quite some time, but i have seen all this boiling over now for some time, and its not to late! We need to get a group together and put a stop to them! It would take time, and some money, BUT I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE in and out of state that would be up for it, and there are alot more people that feel this way, but dont have direction!

Josh, You are completley right on the entire thing! And its only going to get worse! Like i said on my post, the DEPT has enough money, they just dont know how to spend it! WHERE IN THE heck do they spend all the money they make on 200,000 $5.00 app fees and the other millions they make on the rest of the tags.....and the other millions they make on the hunting/fishing lisc. AND NOW ALL THEY want is more more more more more more!!! It BS and they have to be stopped! THE Vehicle thing is definetley out of hand as well!!!! HAVE U EVER SEEN HOW MANY BRAND NEW TAHOES AND SUBURBANS THEY HAVE AS WELL>>>>>>THAT THEY USE TO RUN AROUND IN FROM OFFICE TO OFFICE(meeting)>IT ABSURD! And then they complain about the gas prices as well, but theyre the ones driving a 10mpg SUV with one person in to a meeting!!!!!!!!!! The Game and Fish stopped managing our wildlife, and our only taking our money!!!
