I got a mt lion and a gila monster in the same trail cam shot. I don't know how many times I looked at this picture before I ever noticed the gila monster. Look closely to find it.

I have this rangefinder and love it. I have gotten readings out to 1000 yards with it. It does compensate for angles and also gives quick accurate readings even at very short distances.

That would make an awesome mount. Cool pictures.

Sorry about your truck. I had mine stolen and by the time I had called the police it had already been found torched. I had to make my monthly payment 3 times after it was gone before the insurance paid it off. Not to mention my 6 month premium went up $250. What are you talking about?? That's a trophy in my book Congrats on doing what many others have been trying unsuccessfully to do for years.

I believe you will go into this year's draw with the 5 bonus points and then if you do not get drawn you will go into next year's draw with 7 bonus points. I am in the exact same boat as you. Right now on the g&f website it says I have 5 bonus points.

There's other hunting websites??? I shipped a pair of Danner boots from Phoenix to Vail on word from a fellow member and a few text messages. Got my money order in the mail the next day. Everything smooth as can be. I wasn't ever worried about getting paid and I don't think he was ever worried about getting his boots. There's no other website anywhere that I would have done things that way.

For sale a pair of Danners in good condition. They are a size 10.5. Nothing wrong with the boots they are just a tad too small for me. I have pics but I don't know how to post them from my phone. I have no experience with the Vortex rangefinder but I just got the Leupold 1000 TBR and it seems to be really good. So far I have only used it in the neighborhood and out to 600 yards. It is very clear and gives very quick readings. I tried my dad's brand new Leica and got the same reading with my Leupold on everything we ranged and we went up to 583 yards. It's not a Leica but I was very impressed at what I got for half the price.
