Whoever gets these is getting a smoking deal!
-
I was out Saturday in 24B and saw some decent rutting action. Two smaller bucks fully engaged pushing each other around and some bigger bucks chasing a doe around the hillside in the same area.

Nice to meet you Dustin. Good luck on your hunt!

Stop it!! I'm trying to save up money. Great deal for someone with kids.

I was in Funes, Santa Fe, Argentina. We had just gotten off the bus after a meeting in Rosario. We were dropped off at the corner and while walking up to our house the old lady that lived next door to us was out sweeping the sidewalk in front of her house. I can still hear her asking me, "Nene, no escuchaste lo que pasó en tu país?" Hey kid, did you hear what happened in your country? I didn't understand how serious it was until I saw it on a TV at the little corner "Kiosko" that we went to to grab some lunch at a few minutes later. My missionary companion was from Argentina, so for a little bit I felt very alone and out of place. It was surreal to see something so horrible happening in my country while I was thousands of miles away from my home and all of my family. I had been in Argentina just a few days short of a year at that point.

$750 was a smoking deal.$675 is a steal. I just bought a house and that has sucked up much more money than I was hoping it would. If not I would be all over these. I've spent many hours behind this model and they are every bit as good as you would expect from Zeiss.

As already mentioned, excellent post. These are the types of post that used to be commonplace and got me hooked on this site 13 years ago. Thank you for sharing these pictures and stories with us.

I know my son drew either his 3rd or 4th choice, which were 23 and 24B early November hunt. His first two choices were hard to draw youth hunts and my card was hit for an adult tag for him.

So Where's the Official Countdown to CC Hits

My son and I both were drawn for deer. Unfortunately my son didn't get the youth hunt in 22 or 23 that we were hoping for. -
So is Nobull350 like 14 years old, or what?? I've never heard anybody older than 14 make threats about how tough their friends are 🤔

Nothing got deleted. He meant he deleted his typed out reply before he actually posted it.

I think it comes down to personal preferences and wants. I have 5 kids ranging in age from 2 to 14 and they are very active and love to be outside and love to go to the pool. I understand there will be costs to maintain, and that's something I'm totally fine with. It's not for everybody, but we will definitely be getting a pool soon. I'm not sure why people feel the need to bash those that want a pool.

+1 I built a pool last year and couldn't be happier. It turned out bigger than I anticipated (18,500 gallons) but im glad it did. My boys love it and have been swimming since February. Like said above, don't go through a pool builder....everything has a huge mark up. I did mine myself and came in just under $27,000. Give me a shout if you have any questions or need references. How is the financing done if you sub out all the work yourself instead of using a pool builder or general contractor? Or do you just have to have the cash? I'm a few weeks away from buying a home and a pool is high on our want list, but none of the homes we are looking at have a pool.

I'm loving the Christan Kirk pick!!!

I like the slight tag increase in some of the southern unit late December hunts.

My thoughts exactly!!! The Pac-12 commissioner needs to look at why his teams always lose in tournament. Referees? Olsen and now Miller. + Ncaa favors eastern teams. Lol, this is the most ridiculous post in this whole thread, being a close second to your 13 posts talking about Hurley hurling. Did you watch the game?!?! It's obvious why they lost, nobody on UofA's team showed up to play. You take a group of pretty good basketball players and develop them for four years and you can have a pretty dang good basketball team. That's what a lot of these small school no-name conference champion teams are. That's why you see these upsets every year in the tournament. Give Buffalo credit, those kids came out and played with heart. I thought UofA had the talent to go very far in this tournament. Too bad they didn't have the heart. It looked to me like Ayton checked out early and is already looking forward to the draft.

ASU sucks, UofA sucks, the whole Pac12 sucks. What an embarrassment by our two Arizona schools.
-
Where are you located?
-
I would like to see both Arizona teams do well. Keep in mind ASU beat Kansas by 10 points in Kansas, and they beat Xavier by 30 in a neutral location. Now that they are in the tournament the past doesn't really matter for any team. I just hope they can get hot and win some games. If they lay an egg it's going to look as bad or worse than not getting into the tournament after the hot start. I think UofA has the players needed to do a lot of damage and really make a run. Let's see who steps up and delivers.

College Basketball in Arizona: Reality over Rhetoric
daryl_s replied to Pine Donkey's topic in The Campfire
I honestly didn't think ASU was going to get in with the way they played in the conference schedule. I guess beating two teams that are number 1 seeds was the narrow difference maker. Now that they're in I'm hoping they can get hot like they did early on. USC got hosed big time!!!! I wouldn't be surprised to see UofA in the final four with the way Ayton has been dominating. It would be good for our state and the whole conference if both teams can make some noise in this tourney. -
Looks like you were in Sossaman Estates at Sossaman Junior High. My daughter is in 8th grade there and my sister lives right by the school. If you just keep the wheels straight you can go through the "traffic calming" sections without slowing down or turning at all. It cracks me up to see the people that haven't figured that out yet.
