Now Josh, We both know that I could never be as cool as you. Ha Ha. But you did throw in there wannabe. If I could ever get moved into my new house and stop running lions I'd get out to look for antlers.

Does anyone know how to change your old name on here???? I mean the one that comes up on the Discussion forum.

Amanda, I'm so sorry for your familys loss, there is no doubt that lossing a dog thats been with the family that long is like lossing a family member. It about brought me to tears looking at the pictures and your articles, I have a red queensland heeler that has gotten old and when that day comes it will crush me. Again I'm sorry. -
Thanks Amanda, I just emailed you.
-
I'll give one hundred for both, or you give me two hundred and I'll just pick them up.

What unit did your dad kill it in? heck of a Buck.

Josh, whats up, Ya I've got some dogs, but need alot of training still. 3 with a pup, coues hunts went well up here, I took a nice heavy 3x3 that scored 97 and my buddy finally killed the one we where after, a big heavy 3x5 that scored 112 to 113. fun time, now time to run some kitties. Holler at me if you make it up.

Looks like a pretty big cat. Someone should of whacked him...... I wish I could have got to take my dogs out to find a kitty track I was busy helping my buddy find a coues buck.

I just purchased a new 257 Weatherby Mag ultra light mark v. I'm curious who else owns this rifle and reloads, and what loads they found to be the best. I'm thinking the new Nosler AccuBonds 110gr. I shot some 117gr factory loads and they drove tacks, even with the wind yesterday. Any info appreciated.

How did your elk hunt go. My client killed a 5x5 on his 3rd and last day, after missing a good one the day before. I'm glad he took meat home. -
What grain of bullet? MuleyBull, I found another buck for the hunt, got lots of video, only a 2x3 broke off a pt., mature buck though, I got him rolled up like a dog on a windy day. He looked pretty tired.
-
Thanks guys, Minus MuleyBull, I've shot the 117 and 115 gr. and they both shoot the same spot, and very tight groups so far out to 200 yds. Both at two inches high. I could just imagine the 110 accubonds, that is what I was looking at. I will check out the website. The rifle I purchased is the Mark V ultralight, with the fluted barrel from Sportsmans, and I love it............................ Ernesto, I hope you can one day purchase one. Good luck. The boxs of shells was a good idea.
-
Allen, Thxs for the reply, I was wondering if anyone out there shot this rifle? Soon as I shoot up these 117 gr. and get some reloading down, Ill let you know.

If I had the money I would purchase a paraglider, but not a paraplane. Floating around would be fun. Just to get away from everyone, as long as you dont use it during or 48 hrs before a hunt.

What Unit?

The Kaibab is planning on closing all roads except main roads come rough weather. This will happen this year depending how long it takes to get the signs up. This also means no game retrival with any type of vehicle. Thats right, not even a quad. Have fun finding a parking space for the archery hunts, game and fish has a big part in this, it got slipped in under the door some how. They also want to close the majority of the roads all the time. This isn't a rumor, I work for the Forest Circus. For the lion hunters this might suck just a bit, along with the older folks, heck even the younger folks for that matter. Sorry for the bad news.
-
I agree, We have to many roads without a doubt but they are hard to keep closed they seem to open back up the next day, and thats no joke. But your right, if we could close a handful and keep closed, the wildlife as far as deer might come back.

Nice job "again" Joe. Last time at Rosa's. -
A few of my friends got drawn for the coues hunt and I'm curious if I should go to help or stay home and scout for my hunt. Is this a good unit for coues or just mulies?
-
What a Pig!!! I hope you tag him. Good luck.
-
That was a low blow Hoss. Dont hate the Player, hate the Game.
-
Good call Amanda, Some wardens are different then others.
-
I wouldn't even put in for those units. To hard to hunt and only 4 deer to boot. I'd leave that to the snowbirds.
-
Just make sure he has a helmet, and you'll be fine. That is the one big thing that they look for when writing tickets.

Deerwelder, Your killing us up here.
