Why do they drink beer out of their hands in Manitoba? Because all of the cups are in Edmonton. Don't know that much about hockey, but I was around a few Canucks and one of them told that joke.

Bruno's was selling reclaimed shot for 50.00 a bag. I have used several bags and it was very clean, mixed 7 1/2 and 8 shot.

What do I have?

Top left the yellow thing is a loading block to hold empties, can't tell by the pic what size it's for, they are made for just about every size of pistol, rifle, and shotgun case. Orange thing is a Lyman case trimmer for pistol or rifle cases. Green thing is part of a powder meter. Shotgun primers which are kinda hard to find. A box of dies, can't tell what they are for. Green thing above the dies is a powder trickle, to top off powder charges that you are weighing. The big green thing is a reloading press. A RCBS Rock Chuck to be specific. The second pic is a hand held priming tool. Everything looks to be quite vintage and IMHO the primers would get you the most cash if your looking to sell. The is a fuel funnel also to fill up gas lantern's or stoves. -

I have used quite a bit of the ssc, and very little of the other in my buds 7mm Mag, and couldn't tell any difference. -

It was on the board to the right just before you cross the bridge to get to the sporting clays course.

Someone had a Rem 1100 for sale on the memo board the other day at Rio. I don't remember what the price on it was, but he wasn't giving it away.

I wouldn't have my scope mounted at any one of the box gun stores, and I wouldn't get my legal advice from them either. I was in The Sportsman's Warehouse in Mesa about six months ago and the guy behind the counter was telling a customer standing there if you get in a fist fight and your carrying you can be charged with assault with a deadly weapon. I was going to ask which ARS that fell under but just shook my head and walked away.

It's been awhile since I've lived in that general area, but there was a gun store on I-17 and the Carefree Hwy in that Albertsons plaza, but I don't know if they do FFL transfers, and there is Olsen's Firearms on Tatum, a little further south.

I've been on here long enough to know to put in for a 4B hunt for Elk, and to not post pics of a kill under power lines!

Any Glock Peeps Use This RSA?
10Turkeys replied to PRDATR's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
ShootersWorld. Pretty close to 8 hours. YouTube videos will show you how to break down a Glock, but they don't go into the how's and why's of how they work. IE I've never seen a YouTube video point out that there is a nipple in the slide that the firing pin safety spring goes into, also I've watched a YouTube video on lubricating a Glock. The guy doing the video said to put a drop of oil down the hole across from the firing pin safety by the barrel. That is a weep hole ment to blow any foreign material away from the firing pin assembly, need to keep that oil free. -
Any Glock Peeps Use This RSA?

I took a Glock Armour course last Oct. The instructor stated that a Glock will work when you want it to, and when they don't, it's usually due to an aftermarket part. I found that true with an Apex trigger that I had in one for a very short time. It double tapped. I took it off, sent it back for a refund and put the factory trigger back in it. Might not be the smoothest or the lightest pull, but it goes bang when I want it to. For my EDC that's what I want. -

Current barnes reloading manual?
10Turkeys replied to bowhunter-tw's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Between the powders listed in the book and online IMR-8208 XBR is the fastest and RL-17 is the slowest. IMR-7828 is quite a bit slower than the RL-17, might not be able to put enough IMR-7828 in the case to get any velocity out of it. Also that old XLC bullet didn't have any grooves in it like the newer bullets. TSX/TTSX had to be a longer bullet to get the grooves it compared to the XLC bullet. That might be why they are driven better with a quicker burning power. I don't know, but I'm sure Barnes will know when you call them. -
Current barnes reloading manual?

I can't answer that question. I haven't played around that much with Barnes bullets. From what they state their bullets do like to be loaded off the lands, and that's what I found out with my .270. I would pick one of the powders seat some bullets to their specs and see what happens. -
Current barnes reloading manual?

As far as I know their number 4 is still the latest manual that they have, and there is no data for IMR-7828 in it either. -

Don't know about bulk or online, but right now Sportsman's Warehouse has Federal 9mm 115gr for 14.99 for a box of 50. That is about the lowest that I've seen in a store.

New price 500.00 minus the Vedder holster.
