Try to wait until the deer are not looking ie: head behind a bush or turned, even with the blackout they can pick up the movement. Very important to practice shooting from a seated position, you use very different muscles than when standing. Also want to make sure you have the same anchor point when seated, practice.... practice..... practice!!!!!

Saw it and said the same thing to my husband. How and the heck do you go hunting management deer when you haven't even recovered the deer you shot the night before? Not much respect for the animal in my book!. AND if she said "Mr. Big" one more time I was going to throw my shoe through the t.v.

I went out yesterday to set up a blind in Unit 10... It was a no-go! My tried and true "spot" had too much snow and the mud was slick, slick, slick! Have a brand new truck that is a week old, I thought I was going to sink it and never get it out! Will have to find another spot or head south.

Super, super bulls! Congrats to all! I can only hope I am still out there whacking bulls at 80 years young!!!
