Sounds like a fantastic trip! Great looking deer from all involved! Love how beautiful the country is down there! When we were down there we ran into a bunch of the leaf-cutter ants. Kept my small mind busy for hours watching them while I was sitting in my deer blind, amazing little creatures! Love the javi pic! Congrats on a great adventure!

Congratulations on a beautiful buck! You definitely put your time in to earn that one. Sitting in blinds or on stands certainly requires a huge amount of patience, but, as you have proven, well worth the wait! Nice job!!!

This summer take some time and go to a couple of the 3D tournaments that take place all over the state. I find it is an excellent way to practice shots that are close to hunting situations, with the pressure of a little competition helps with the nerves.

A few extra pictures... Roger spent some time fishing at the pond near the ranch! Good thing that he did, a ranch dog got into an ice chest and ate some of our food. Roger caught enough fish to feed the whole camp dinner one night!
