The first couple years you could do that, but they put a stop to it. I used to get an archery, HAM, and genetalk tag but only took two pigs. Last year they stopped me from doing that. I took it all the way to the top and was told by the game branch manager that you can have no more than four pig tags at a time but two have to be non-permit tags (for metro units and such) and no more than two can be draw tags. You might still be able to get away with it depending on whoever is helping you at the front desk, but technically the administrative rules don't allow for it...in other words, apply for the tags and don't ask too many questions. :-)

I believe the PSA uppers are compatible with the DPMS LR308 style, not the AR10 configuration.

Last weekend on the youth deer hunt in 12AW we lost my little camcorder. It was in a small black soft case and had a plate for a HD701 tripod head attached to the bottom. I'd love to get it back. I think one of the kids might have knocked it out of the truck when we were cruising for squirrels.

I bought four of these a few month back and have used two of them. 16" with 1:9 twist and chambered in 5.56. Carbine length gas. Threaded. I like them fine, but I'd like to go with a heavier contour for my next two builds. $95 each. I have one ready now. If you handload (or have someone who does it for you) then you would probably be better off loading some for yourself. Take a 90 or 100 grain bullet (don't overlook the bullets made for the 6.8spc) and use a 60% charge of H4895. Or, if you can getc your hands on some traiL boss you can just fill the case between 70-100% of capacity.
