Anyone in the Phoenix east valley have or know of any Blackhorn 209 powder for sale? Thanks
-
Yeah, unfortunately I checked with pretty much every local shop in the valley, big and little guys. This was pretty much the last option without ordering online and paying HAZMAT shipping fees.

Thanks guys, I was able to find some at Bear Mountain in Mesa. For any looking, they still have a case an a half. Unfortunately the want $44.99 per 10 ounce jug. Might as well be gold dust.
-
Stopped by there this morning but they were out. But I think I may have found some. Thanks
-
That will definitely get it done! My kid's 20 gauge Remington 870 youth shotgun with Longbeard is also a fantastic combo. Don't remember the choke brand but can check later if anyone wants to know.

Rifle is sold. New in Box S&W M&P-15 Sport II Optics Ready Long story short, I ordered this last week and found something different I would like instead, but will keep this if I can't get what I paid for it. I need to get $540. Here is a link to the rifle model on Cabela's website. It will come in the box with everything that normally comes with it. Thanks https://www.cabelas.com/product/S-W-M-P-SPORT-II-OR-CENTERFIRE-RIFLE/2523380.uts

I plan on doing both. Have never been to the one at WW but there is a Outfitter from Sonora I want to talk to. The Expo at Ben Avery has been good in the past and I am going to go and have plans on meeting up with a fellow CWT Member after to conduct some business. Beats sitting at home. Probably go to BA first when it opens and is still relatively coolish. Erwins? Yes Sean do you know him? Just talked with him a few times through social media. Was hoping to stop by and say hello if we make it out.

I last went a couple of years when the first moved to WestWorld and thought it was pretty good. I was going to take my wife and kids tomorrow but now I am having second thoughts. Anyone have any thoughts on the AZGFD Expo? How is that one?

When did you guys stop carrying Vortex? -
I would call. I ordered something from them a couple of months ago and had it in my hands within a few days.

Nice! Congratulations Ammon!
-
Also interested to know if it is still available.

The truck was stolen as well or that was the truck used to steal it?

I asked a Swaro rep at a trade show why the don't do EL glass in 15s. Can't remember the reason, but was told to not expect to see it anytime soon. Shame, those would be awesome!
-
LOL, I have several buddies who have made the expensive mistake of looking through my 12 ELs. DON"T DO IT if you are happy with what you have and aren't willing to start saving to drop some serious cash.
-
Absolutely. 12s and a good spotter is THE way to go. I'm also running 12x50 ELs with a Vortex Razor 85 spotter. Great setup, I've never needed more for anything. Right now I carry el range 10s on my chest with swaro 65 spotter and 15s. My plan is to carry 12s on chest and tripod and have my spotter. Seems simple enough. I think there will be times glassing for coues Im going to kick myself in the a$$ for getting rid of the 15s. I don't think so. With the extra clarity of the ELs, you will still find anything you would have found with the 15s. The spotter is there to get a better look at those animals you find way out.
