Thanks buddy. Also, a big thanks to everyone who has bought cards and helped him out. He has more cards if anyone else is still interested. The Venmo/Zelle option and mailing the cards seems to be working well.

You might want to clarify "they gave him the green light". You may know this already, but better safe than sorry. He has to get the permit from AZGFD which will require a doctor fills out their form. You can download the form the doctor needs to fill out from the AZGFD website. Telling a warden that the lady on the phone from AZGFD gave him the green light probably won't do the job.

They got bumped up to 4A for this upcoming year, so it should be an "interesting" season.

You can definitely do one after it has sat for a while. As long as the bone integrity is still intact (hasn't sat for months in the sun). The bigger concern for my son is potential smell issues. If it is "fresh rotten" and stinks really bad, my son can't accept it due to a promise he made with the neighbors a couple of years ago.

It is early, where the bulls are now is not likely where the will be in September. If I were scouting now, I would probably focus more on learning the unit (roads, water holes, etc.) than I would be trying to locate bulls.

I had one show up about 30 minutes ago. I had checked about 30 minutes before that and it was not there.

They stamp "return to sender" if they arrive early and send back. Yes, I time mine to the date of when it needs to arrive.
