Graham's ridiculously conservative play calling in the first half didn't help. Seemed like he was continuing with the same plan ASU used on ther final possession last week.

https://apps.supremecourt.az.gov/PublicAccess/caselookup.aspx Hmmmm.... this definitely adds a new perspective.

I was told a couple ears ago by someone at game and fish that you could tag the animal; however you can't have a weapon. The Steve Chappell shot and lost a bull that was later recovered by game and fish and he had to by it back at the auction. I honestly don't think game and fish knows what's the right thing to do is. "I honestly don't think game and fish knows what's the right thing to do is." Shocking!

Pretty cool! I hope we get some more pictures!

WANTED - A Few 30 Caliber Berger Bullets
rossislider posted a topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
I have started do my own loading over the past year, and have slowly been working my way through and fine tuning rounds for different calibers. I am just now getting ready to start loading for my 300 RUM but would like to avoid buying a full box of 100 bullets for the different grain bullets I am interested in trying out. I’m looking for something like a dozen match grade VLD hunting bullets in each of the following grains: 185 gr 190 gr 210 gr Please let me know if you have a few you would sell at a reasonable price Also, to this point in my hunting career I am not a super long range guy and really don’t shoot much over 500 yards. So, any suggestions or advice for loading this caliber with these bullets would be greatly appreciated. I was able to get some good starting data from Walt Berger to get me started. Thanks -
Great bull! Congratulations on the awesome accomplishment.

haha, post this again next week and see if its still true. i doubt theyll get by stanford but ill be going for them. oh yeah http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/9681505/pac-12-conference-reprimands-officials-arizona-state-wisconsin-game Amazing the refs should be severely reprimanded if not fired, too early to tell what the outcome is,but what if Wisconsin misses a BCS bowl because of it (not saying Wisconsin is a BCS team....I think they are far from it). Everyone assumes that Wisconsin lost because of the shenanigans of the last 10 seconds. Lets not forget, the refs did not take points off of the board for Wisconsin, nor give extra to ASU at the end. A field goal still had to be kicked and from what I am seeing from many teams this year, field goals are a big question mark. We could say what if all day bit the final outcome wouldn't change I like to think Romney got screwed out of the election last November. So maybe Obama should have an "asterisk" next to his name as President? But would that make any of us sleep any better about the state of our country? Bottom line, ASU won and Wisconsin lost. Go Devils!

At the end of the season all it comes down to is wins and losses. The rest is just whining.

If he was like most hunters I know he was probably more worried about making sure someone got his elk for him than anything else.

I have a buddy who is up guiding in 27 starting this weekend. He headed in a couple of days ago to scout some more, get set up, and get ready for clients. He was already stuck and calling in a wrecker not long after arriving. Good luck, drive slow, and be safe!

+1 Keep us posted!

Nice work! Can't wait to get out myself.

Congratulations! My youngest also caught his first fish this year. With three of them between the ages of 9 and 3 I don't get to fish much myself anymore when the family goes. But watching the little ones catch them is even better.

This upcoming Saturday (09/14/13) in the southeast valley we will once again be hosting our annual Easton's Legacy Toy Drive to benefit the children of Phoenix Children's Hospital. Memorial CrossFit Workout to Benefit Phoenix Children's Hospital
rossislider replied to rossislider's topic in Memorials
I don't recall the exact order but it is a 20 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of: 200m run 13 pull ups 13 burpees 13 wall balls Easton pased away at 13 months of age, hence the number 13. There will be lots of elastic bands of various strengths for people (like me) who will need a little assistance on the pull ups. For anyone not familiar with CrossFit, don't ever let one of the workouts intimidate you. The coaches are there to adjust the workouts to meet anyone's abilities or limitations. Also, the vasy majority of the people there will struggle through the workout. That is sort of the point. One of the best things about CrossFit is the support from fellow CrossFitters. Come on out everyone and see what all the hype is about while helping to bring a smile to a sick child! Thanks -
It would save you a lot on non-resident license fees. But you still have to pay non-resident tag fees if you leave AZ.

Really nice buck. Thanks for sharing.

Congratulations on the amaxing buck Broc. While my opinion on Mossback remains unchanged because of other experiences, I am happy for you and apologize that my comments may have minimized your accomplishment and success. I greatly respect that you would come on here to share what you did. Many would not. Much success to you on future hunts.

You might read the posts in this thread more carefully. I don't believe there is a negative word in it about the auction, hunter, or buck...

There is always a second outfitter with Mossback! They rarely if ever find their own big game and are more like a third party vendor who takes all the credit for the work of smaller outfitters.
