He's a TOAD no matter what He may hit 120 if all those stickers are scorable, they can add up fast. Nontheless character adds alot to the score in my book. My best coues is not exceptional in point length, beams or spread but 32" of palmated mass give him that character to set him apart and turns my crank

If they say that point is a abnormal point then he should be scored as a nontypical for P&Y so that he gets credit for all of that awesome bone

Tommy's your man. Give him a call or e-mail I'm sure he'll tell which units are the best. He took good care of my father and I this year. Unfortunatly we drew a tough unit. Avoid unit 24, it's got some good bucks but it's a tough hunt.

Scott, hunts are done for this year except for a few lucky people who drew special late hunts or paid big money for PLM (private land management) hunts. These bucks are safe as long as they don't get poached I will be trying to get more pics and video of these and other bucks during the next few months. There is actually a buck larger than these in the area, a 5x6, that I have seen the last couple of years, though he started to regress last year, but I have not been able to turn him up yet

Went out near my home today and did some rattling and got some pics of some Columbian Blacktails. Enjoy. Hope I can figure out how post the pics.

Nice job Scott. That is a nice buck. The only buck I saw on my NM hunt would score around 0 net B&C ( 5 inch spike on one side nothing on the other side, 5 inch deduction= 0 net) It was quite windy during my whole hunt. Congrats

Hey Josh, Injoyed your story in the latest issue of Hunting Illustrated on the sheds from the World record nontypical bull Anyone else seen the story?

Amazing what the rut and a good digital camera with 10x optical zoom on a sturdy tripod can produce. These bucks would come charging in and with the thick cover they would be right on top of me. Glad you coues fans enjoy these pics
