Cool pics He's a big mature deer, big body and heavy bases. Looks like low 80s to me.

There are more antelope than people in WY yet if you want to draw a quality unit get in on the ground floor on the new point system. Moose points went from $7.00 to $75.00(ouch) this year. With the max. points at 11 this year you would have to want a moose real bad to start points now as it would probably take about 10yrs. As with any other state with points, if you want to draw the best hunts points are going be a huge help.

TREESTANDMAN, Those are some good looking bucks. It's gotta be tuff to hold off on a couple of them. That big buck should gross 100, hard to tell, looks like short G-1's, good mainbeams. Shoot him and score him later

Sounds like a very exiciting hunt so far. You've done your home work and I commend you on sticking to your goal. Seems like you have taken eastern whitetail tactics and put them to very good use. Can't wait to see the pics and I have my fingers crossed for you. Best if luck

Tommy sounds like a super hunt so far! Just to be in the woods and be able to observe what you have already is AWESOME. Gives me goose bumps just thinkin about that monster buck. Best of luck on your last day my friend. I'll talk to you after your hunt is over.

Bill, What days, times and where will you be at the SCI convention. I believe you had said you are going to be doing some book signings or something.

My first rifle was passed down to me. Unfortuantly I don't have a rifle to hand down to my son, I still use them and grandpa is still using his. Besides none of them would fit my boy. Some day they will get grandpas and my guns, not anytime soon I hope.

I've seen eastern whitetails with these white spots referred to as pie-bald. Don't know if that is the correct spelling. Only seen these deer on tv and they usually have larger areas of the spots.
