coues krazy

The one I was refering to is in unit 22, off of control road near bonita creek. It is a guzzler. Some awesome looking coues country around it,and its tucked up against the base of the rim. Might be worth looking into anyways.

Funny you should mention that. I was in 22 this weekend, and found a water catch that was in some awsome country. Problem was, there was no water in or around it because game and fish havent maintained it. It was not vandalized, just not taken care of.This place has some serious potential if there was water. Looked like it had been 10 years or so since this place held water.

I have to agree,I cant stand car racing.

I also hunted cows in 6a south. Man, I wish I had a bull tag! I had four six point or better bulls within 30 yards this weekend. Couldnt get a shot at the cows. Oh well, I head back up tomorrow for the rest of the season. good luck to everybody!

Havent drawn this tag before, and was wondering if any body else has hunted here in the last few years.Dont want any honeyholes, just wodering what the unit is like. I have heard there are some good ones in there!

Thanks for the replies. I am worried about damaging alot of meat.I also shoot a 270, maybe it would be a better choice. Any body used 150 grains for 270?
