19 BP,s might get you a good antelope tag. Put in for what you want, dont settle. As far as 6BP for archery elk, good luck with that... Ron Yeah Ron, I am only putting in for premium antelope hunts that I think I can really spend a lot of time scouting. The archery elk draw with 6 BPs is really a crap shoot, but somebody's got to draw. Good luck to you in the draws. Lee 6 bps should get you a tag as long as your not puting in for 9,10,3a 3c, 1, or 27.

After further studie of this topic, I have realized I was as ignorant as anyone. We have got to take a stand against this NOW! THE FUTURE OF HUNTING AND FISHING DEPENDS ON IT! We have got to get active. There are several threads about this subjuct on other sites that cac describe it better than me. Time to get busy guys! Lots of info out there , take advantage of it!

I couldnt have put in without the online service. Now tell me it wont effect draw odds. I for one am against online apps, But it helped me this year. Still wish they had paper apps only.

Looks to me like that website is doing just the opposite of what they had hoped. I saw way more people in favor of that judge than against. People know stupid when thet see it. These people are ignorant and crazy.

I believe there are to many people in this country that will not stand for this bull crap. I guess I still believe in the people.They want revolution? Try taking away hunting, fishing and all things outdoors. Not evertone hunts or goes fishing, but alot of people like to camp and get outdoors. I agree its time for people to wake up, but if this is there true agenda, good luck. To many people who love the outdoors in this country to sit back and let it happen. Getting this so called president out of office is step # one!

No - the complaint is specifically that allowing unlimited crossbows on scarce big game hunts like elk or kaibab, then you increase the harvest and eventually decrease hunter opportunity across the board - including for rifle and muzzle. +1 Seems we are arguing over something thats not gonna happen anyway. At least not now. Personally I hope crossbows are never legal during archery only season.

I have to add one more thing. I am not against quads or atvs at all. Its the morrons that cant respect the laws that have put us in this situation. How many times have you been in a place that was restricted to foot only traffic, only to have some jerk come riding along on his atv. At least two or three times a year for me. Yep I call them in, but nothing ever comes of it. I dont know, I just feel most people dont love these woods like I do. I am not talking about people on this site or any other hunting site, just people in general. Sorry for the rant guys it just hurts to see whats becoming of our and I mean our forests.

Alot of looks but not many responses. Like I stated in my first post, we as a collective bunch will lay here and take it. Take it until its gone. Until they make us pay anywhere we camp on our land! What can we do ? I understand that alot of this has stemmed from atv abuse, but making people camp 10 yards from a designated road on the kaibab is unreal. Ten yards! I will fight with anyone who will fight with me. It may be a fight we cant win, but I would rather fight all this crap than sit and take it.Ill fight for my kids, and my kids rights to enjoy the national forest as I have done my whole life. Give it ten years guys and it will be gone. Unless you like camping in a fee area so they can protect our forest, we better act! Times are a changing, and its up to us to pull through for our kids and grandkids.

We are loosing our freedom in this country. A little here, a little there. I thought the forest belongs to we the people? How can the goverment tell us where we can go in a national forest? The sad part is we will lay here and take it...

To me it all comes down to who hit the bull first. If you dont want help the guy find it, back off and let him recover HIS bull. Its a matter on ethics. How could you tag a bull that was wounded and feel good about it? Or better yet enter it in the books? I dont know , but I coudnt do it.
