During the warm afternoons when most deer are beded up and its hard to find em I break out my comfortable chair or packable stadium seat. I like to Set up in my comfy chair looking at that shaded northern facing slope maybe even with a sandwich in hand. I figure the more comfy I am, the more patiant, the more patient the more likely I am to find these lil guys.
Most people will take a break during the hottest hours but you would be supprized that u can still make it happen during noon hours and when you do its a nice bonus!
Has any one else tried the new swarovski 12 x50 EL swarovision yet? they are amazing

My grandpa once told me that 20 years ago he saw an ocelot up near redington pass just north east of Tucson. Then just this last week a cowboy on one of our coues ranches in Sonora mentioned he had seen a spotted cat. This really sparked our interest and so we asked how big it was, He told us it was small like the size of a bobcat. maybe a Ocelot.
Was wondering if anyone else has seen or herd of any in AZ? I think ive seen some trail cam pics of Ocelots in AZ somewhere.
Im sure most of you have already seen this but its not been mentioned so i thought id link. AZGF confirms a Male 200 Pound Jaguar in az nov 21, 2011.

Thats a great average! two days ago most of the bucks we were seeing in Sonora were with does. Out of 60 bucks 4 bucks were already boken in some way.
