Thanks for all your responses guys. I did try heating it but was too afraid to get the carbon hot. I did get it off. I had my girlfriend hold the arrow shaft while i had some pliers holding the field tip. the teeth on the pliers were between the arrow shaft and the field tip, since i couldn't screw the field tip in all the way. Then hit the pliers with a light cresent wrench, hitting away from the arrow. The insert came out with a few very small pieces of carbon. Glued in another insert and already shot it. Glued it with goat tuff. Thanks again guys! i hate to ruin arrows since they cost so much. Also thanks for the advice bownut even though you shoot a hoyt. lol I'm one the few amongst my friends who shoot pse and i get all kinds of crap from them. Its all in fun though. Good luck with the hunts coming up guys, even you bownut. lol

How the heck do i get a stripped arrow insert out ? I used an extra broadhead that i had and just tried pulling it straight out but it didn't work. I don't remember what was used to glue it in. I thought of getting a rod and just keep jamming it in the nock side of the arrow. I can get the broadhead in about half ways but that it. I also tried pulling on the arrow and twisting the broadhead at the same time. Any ideas ?

3 days ago i was on my way back to work from tucson. 2 minutes from work, i passed a atv rollover that had just happened 3 minutes before i got there. There was a girl on the floor with blood coming from somewhere on her head. A gentleman was holding the girls head while many bystanders were watching. The girl was unconscious. A lady, who was a nurse, was on the phone with 911 and was relaying instructions. As i was running to the scene i was summoned by the gentleman that was with the girl. When i got there we were instructed to roll her on her side. The girl was barely breathing and choking on her blood. We held her on her side till the ambulance got there. Another nurse monitered her pulse. Seconds before the ambulance got there, we lost the pulse. so the ambulance arrives, checkes her pulse, then quickly load her in the vehicle. 3 hours later i swing by the hospital to get any information. Family outside tell me they flew her to tucson. The next day i found out she didn't make it. Please be carefull out there guys!! Wear your helmets! I don't own any but i plan on getting some real soon. This opened my eyes! I went home and held my kids. Life is precious!!

I have a moultrie camera and was wanting to order the solar charger from harbor freight that some one here pointed out. My question is what battery are you guys using ? Do i need to find a rechargable 6v battery for it. And how is it hooked up ? I'm tired of buying batteries, and these gas prices are killing me to where i can't go as often. If i in fact need a rechargable 6v, where do i find it? Radio shack ? Thanks for any input.

We didn't get the kill shot cause the camera wasn't working right. During the upload to the computer i darkened the crap out of the video.

This is my friends deer he killed on opening day last year. The picture is really bright. During the hike in, the night shot button was switched on without us knowing and we didn't want to sit there forever and try to figure it out. Hope this gets your blood flowing. To those that got drawn, good luck. I got me a unit 31 tag. Hope this works. (first time posting a video)

Well i used to tag along with my step dad and family when they went hunting in 27. Never got to hunt till i moved out of the house. Really didn't have enough time because of sports. Picked up a bow and began learning unit 28 and 31. First deer was a doe with a bow.

Lost my stabilizer in alpine when i went for the weekend to shoot 2 years ago.. Picked up a cheap one from wallyworld for less than 10 dollars cause the hunt was right around the corner. The stabilizer i picked up from wallyworld worked great for me so i decided to keep it. It was a cheapo but it worked.

WOW!!!!! Thats one nice pic, 3 Lions in one pic. -
We went out last weekend to a waterhole we found last year. After the long walk we found the water hole to be dry. On the way back my buddy found both of these sheds. They were some small sheds.
