It's a great pack by the way. Used it to pack out my sons coues this past October. The loops all the way around made it possible to get his deer out in one trip. Good luck on the sale no would buy it if I didn't have one already.

I have this same pack. On mine the scabbard is part of the pack it just tucks up into the bottom to where you can't see it. Check out the pics of mine:

I wish they would do things like they did in the old west days....commit a horrific crime and they hang you & put u on public display! Bet it would deter a lot of demented "tards" from doing this crap! On a side note for example....(I know this has nothing to do with poaching elk...and I'm sorry I've had a few beers tonight while discussing that Jared loftner guy) why don't they line that guy up in front of a Abrams tank & pull the trigger while on national tv? Bet that would make the crazys think twice! And save everyone money not having to pay for their dumba$$ while they sit on death row for a decade! Unfortunately, these people like Laughner are so mentally ill, nothing will help them other than medication or hard core counseling.

I bought the book how to hunt coues from Amanda on this site. It has great info.

My son wanted to hunt with me a couple years ago. I wasn't sure if he was going to stick with it. So bought him an entry level rifle. Savage Axis 30-O6. Came with a decent bushnell 3x9 scope. He has take. Two coues and two coyotes with it. My daughter wanted to hunt this year. So I did the same thing. Savage Axis youth model in .243. I figured I couldn't go wrong with these guns. If they decide to stick with it in next couple years we can upgrade to nicer setup. Hope this helps. Jimmy.

So my son Joey, my friend Will and I went down to 36B to fill my tag and. Joeys tag. Opening day there were so many hunters I lost count. So we moved to a spot about 2 miles away. To our surprise didn't see another hunter there all week. Friday evening glasses up 7 bucks together. Saturday morning we woke up and began our nasty hike to where we saw them the night before. At about 8am I glassed up the forkie and two spikes. Joey let one rip at the forkie fro 305. He shot high and behind him. The fork had no idea where the shot came from. Ran directly towards us. He gave Joey a broadside shot at 156yds and Joey laid him down. The next 4 days were the same. I found the wide buck of the group just couldn't close the gap. But I did find this really cool lion kill. Thanks for reading.

We took Joeys deer to wild game processing on Monday October 28. Got the call last night it's ready. That was quick. Those guys are good and I have been happy with every animal he has done for us. Gonna eat good tonight.

I don't like reading these stories. I bought a cam that I haven't put up. Don't know why I bought it if I'm gonna put it up. I need to just get it up for dec archery. Cuz my oct hunt turned into tag soup. Add a little Tabasco and tag soup isn't so bad.

This is reason 132 I will not spend my hard earned money at Walmart. They don't give one hoot about their employees. When good citizens step up and do the right thing. Employers like Walmart do this. Sad for the employee.
