Anyone try Black Eagle Arrows?
AxisWorks LLC replied to AxisWorks LLC's topic in Bows, arrows, broadheads
I get mine from Rich @ AZ Trooper Store in Mesa. I cracked a limb on my bow and am waiting for a new bow to show up before I can keep testing the Black Eagles. Hopefully it shows up today. -
If so please share your expirence. Thanks, Speedy.

Thanks bbd1234. Broken arrow is where mine is supposed to be shipped to as well. I was kinda forced into the Insanity and just hoping its going to be a good bow for a long time. I shot Roberts a few times in his shop but nothing past 10ft. Reviews seem good. Speedy.

Opening day dove hunting.

Buddies and I limited out by 10:00. I'd say it was a decent day for dove flight. I've seen better and much worse. All in all another good safe day in the desert with friends and dogs. -

It's 10 min. to 4. I'm up and heading out in a few minutes. Guaranteed to be a mad house opening on a weekend. From what I can tell with the weather it's going to be a much better year than last. Good luck everyone and be safe. -

SPF is short for "Sold Pending Funds" Sometimes you will make a deal and the guy never shows. So Its pretty much a deal has been made but the item is still in the possession of the seller. -
Brand new Winners Choice Custom string and cable set for a Bowtech 82nd Airborne. Heres the story in a nut shell on these. I ordered them 3 weeks ago when I found out I drew an Iowa archery deer tag. They came in, I had them mounted, but didnt like the serving on the string. "cables were perfect" I contacted Winners Choice they promptly sent me a new string. Before the new string came (and the day before opening Aug, archery here in AZ) the limb on my 82nd Airborne cracked. Bowtech is using a differant limb company now and since they can no longer get limbs for my bow they are upgrading me to an Insanity. Im not sending $140 worth of string and cables with the bow back to Bowtech and I obviously cant use them anymore so...... I have a Brand New custom ordered Winners Choice string still in the sealed package and matching cables that were mounted for 2 weeks. (cable does have one couse buck under its belt already.) They are orange and black in color. String is 57 1/4" and cable is 40 15/16" Selling for 1/2 of what I paid. $70 Thanks, Speedy, Link to Bowtech String/Cable Chart. http://www.bowtecharchery.com/admin/project/uploads/StringCableChart_web_BT12.pdf

Dodged a bullet thanks to Broken Aarow Archery.
AxisWorks LLC posted a topic in Bows, arrows, broadheads
Everything is packed the stands are hung and it's finally getting time to reap the benifits of all the work we have put in the last 3 months. One last evening of flinging arrows before heading up the hill tomorrow to set up camp. Decide to run a few through the chronograph since a new string was added. 308, 299. 280, 270...??? Strange... Start examining bow...lower limb cracked inside right below the riser. CRAP! Called a few hunting buddies one who I knew had an Identical bow in the shop waiting on a new cam. It happend to be at Broken Arrow Archery (which I haven't ever been to before) Robert was one foot out the door leaving for his hunt last night but thankfully was willing to postpone his plan to swap my buddies limb out for my broken one. Talk about a little added stress last evening. I think we're good to go again. Speedy. -

Nice wheels. If these were 18's I'd be all over them! They belong on a Chevy. Can I say that here?
