I have one it was for a hvy barrel if you don't mind extra space around the barrel -
That seems right because they go on sale on July 22 and they give a few days. I bet they will have them out on Friday or Monday

I was always told there ears are 6" to 8" long. The eye is just about 1" from top to bottom and the rump is 12" to 14" wide that is what is what I use to field judge. But when it comes down to it if I see good horn I will squeeze the trigger. Haha

95 1/8 top & 95 6/8 bottom

Look at sportsmans warehouse in Tucson the last time i was in there they had so h4831 on the shelf

We (my hunting buddies & I ) do it old school we pack out the deer - the guts. It is back breaking but it seems just as easy as boneing one out on the ground. Get back to camp and skin it out and let it hang for a few days if it is cool if it is hot my reloading building has a ac unit on it so we can hang it in the cool.

Ok I am looking for a scope for my 7mm rem mag. The two scopes it has came down to a leupold vx3 4.5-14 or vortex 4-12. I have one leupold vx3 and other leupold scopes and love them. I have vortex binos and love them. So are the vortex scopes just as good will it hold up to the recoil. If any advice will be used to make mind up. Thanks to all that give there .02

I don't know to much about this but what I looked up.one is it has very little recoil two is it is great out to 300 yards or so. I have not looked at any bal. charts so maybe a 400yard gun. I would say if the price is good pick it up

Thanks might be using in a .270 as well. Have you made long shots with them lets say 300 yards or more -
Correct me if I am wrong but it was my understanding the way the state laws are that no land is locked to the public and only people whom are picked or pay there way in can hunt. We got into it with a land owner who was doing this and the next day he had a guide on the land G&F told him he had to unlock the gate and let everyone on the land. So have the laws changed?

I would say 30 B I live in that unit and don't see that much bing locked off as there is in 32 or 30A. If you get a tag for 30B pm me and I will help you out as much as I can. I put in for one of them so maybe I will be there at the same time.
