This year I thought I would try something different for myself a European mount with the help from hoghntr I got mine done and think it looks good what do you think? Well i have looked for a new remington 700 260 and it seems that as soon as they hit the store they are gone . I now know why i just picked up a 22-250 remington if i get tired of shoting it i will just put a 260 barrel on the action. But i dont know where to start on that either

So it looks like remington is making the 260 again so my wife took one of my guns over this year so I get to get something else. My question is how does the 260 compare to a 243. Is it worth owning both

So i have been lucky this year and have managed to find and have been given some 22 lr ammo. So i would like to spread the Christmas spirit by offering some up to someone giving a 22 as a gift. Here is what i would like to see. 1.that it goes to a new shooter (youth /lady) 2. That you couldn't find any ammo (not just that you couldn't find enough ammo ) no grubbing 3. You can meet up with me i can't ship it. I don't necessarily have to meet with you before Christmas but if you want i will do my best to accommodate. So for the first 2 people that can take it and make plans for a pick up there is 100 rounds each. I know it is not much but it is enough to get someone started and hooked. It is a model 700 adl I got it used lightly I put less then 20 rounds out of it I would say less then 40 rounds out of it it is clean as clean as they come
