So i have some 105 gr vld bullets has anyone got them to work well in a factory remington 700 243 with a 1:9 1/4 twist i know the box says it needs a 1:8 twist or faster. I am just looking to use these bullets. Thanks for your help

My first choice is and will be leupold vx2 or vx3. I have recently purchased a weaver grand slam 3-10 and I am impressed with it hoghntr found it on ebay for me for less than $200 and i also looked at the new Redfield and was impressed with it as well. I might be one of the few that just haven't loved vortex scopes but i wouldn't buy one. I would say keep 4x or 4.5x the lowest. Natchez Shooters Supply has good prices on some scopes
