I have a 31 year old pair of Zeiss 15's and ill be replacing them with the new Zeiss 15's. Larger FOV @ 1000 yards than he swaros and i just cannot say that the swaros are $1000 betten than the Zeiss.

I've grunted in a few bucks with just my voice. I have that cam call but it never seems to work for me.

I am rockin a KUIU Icon1850 and I love it! Very well thought out pocket layout and suspension system.

I wouldn't do the 20x. I didn't like the smaller FOV. The glass was ok for the price. But before you spend the $1500 on vortex, you would be wise to look thru the Zeiss 15x56HDs. Same price way and better glass.

Kuiu gatior pulled up over my nose. I have to shoot with one on or my bow string will pull out my mustache hairs.

I'd go cheapie and make dang sure they actually like fly fishing before you spend any real money. I was into fly fishing at about that same age, was getting good at it too, but then I broke my rod tip on the Little Colorado river. Luckily I had my spinning rod with me. I fished behind my Dad and whooped him like 10-1. I've maybe picked up a fly rod 5 times since.

Muzzys did a number on my bull, zipped right threw quartering away. Having said that, i switched to Grave Diggers.

Go try the Ringer at Ross Outdoors. i went from a caliper, trigger style and I've never looked back. It just feels incredibly natural.

We got intp some good bass action throwing jerk baits at Canyon. My biggest went 4.01lb. Can't wait for fish tacos!

I skipped it this year, last year was boring except for the dog splash. I went to the Ren Fair with my family, had a blast watching the kids run around. The ISE was SOOOOO much better when it was at the fairgrounds I don't know if I can talk the boss lady into going again. Oh well.

I had a problem with a little lap dog that would yap all night. We went the animal control route without very much success. I start my job at 1:30 am, so after all else failed, I'd aim my bugle tube at his bedroom window and rip the biggest, nastiest, raspiest elk bugle I could muster before I left for work. EVERY. DAY. There were some times when I would leave my Foxpro on coyote locator all weekend. He got the message.

Mulie. And I saw a Coues doe WAY low with a herd of mulie does in late January in 37B. They are expanding their range.

I love snakes, especially rattlers! Something about the sound they make puts a smile on my face. I usually try to handle the non-venomous snakes, lizards, and turantulas that I find. Some of these pictures are frame worthy, keep them coming!
