What year are the nocs?

I've always followed the saying "don't pass on a buck the first day that you'd take on the last."

October Coues Hunt vs December Rut Hunt
Antmo23 replied to AZ Ground Pounders's topic in AZ Ground Pounders Outfitters Blog
That is the absolute worst part of scouting in aug and sept. I bought a gaiter from Colombia just so I don't have to wear sunscreen on my face... -
Fracking Pros and Cons
Antmo23 replied to Non-Typical Solutions's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
I'd IDK how, but why does the tap water light on fire in areas where fracking occurs? I just tried that with my faucet, didn't ignite... -
I have the Mt extremes, non-insulated and I freaking love them! I had them in 24b last year and I think both of my hunting buddies will be purchasing them for next year. They have very good ankle support and are borderline sticky in regards to traction. Worth every penny to me.

IDK aout Jack, but I'd shoot it!

There are always left over WT tags for the southern units, put in for some premium mulie tags and see if you get lucky. The left overs are left over for a reason, but with some scouting, you can find them in there.

Good point, but how awesome would it be to be drawn for archery wooly mammoth?
-
Same here. But I'm using mine refund check to fund a fishing trip. I can almost hear them fillets popin in the fryer...

Im not sure, I'd keep calling if I was you. They did update the list for the left-over left-overs on the website.

Call the Mesa office, I got thru every time.

I always keep the tag on the meat. Using your example of a javelina, I take the tag off when I'm packaging it for the freezer at my house. And I keep all of my tags in my hunting drawer. If you get caught with game meat in your camp without a tag, you're probably going to get hit with a ticket. And if you leave the tag on the carcass, you might get a ticket for littering! My Dad told me once, "the tag is the first thing you put on, and the last thing you take off".
-
I already have my tag! Early birthday present, I get an archery deer tag and a hunt and fish combo on the first from my Mom every year. It's the best present ever! I get a whole years worth of joy out of it. I can't say the same for the fish and game I use it on, but nobody's asking them...

I just called in and the lady looked up my info, no dice, AGAIN! But the info is available so call in...

Background Check to Purchase Powder???
Antmo23 replied to azmetalman's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
I can see them doing the same thing with bullets. I mean, they don't do background checks for bullets, and how easy it is to pull the lead out, and get to the powder? -
Those are some good looking bass you have there!
-
I'm calling again tomorrow, lol, I'll get an answer. I put in for 4A archery bull and that 5a-5bn cow tag. I'll be happy with either tag, but I'll be REALLY happy with an archery tag!
-
I called, the lady stopped, and said "we just did the drawing this morning..." lol, she told me they'd be posted by Friday.

Nice buck!

Here's a dead head I picked up about 10 years ago. He had a little extra mainbeam with a tiny droptine as well. He sure was a cool little buck.
-
Is this the 65% le off, or the 85%?
-
Meh, I put in for them (and For those 3 leftover 4A bull tags, fingers crossed!). I've been in that area before and have found them. Besides, I'd rather be have a tag, ANY TAG, in my pocket, it's the only antidote for my addiction. Me helping my friends with their tags just worsens my condition, lol.
