Hunters are the only thing that can take out a lion, besides bigger lions! Why cut us out right when they need us, and our guns, the most?

Unfortunately unless you are a lion hunter working for the AZGFD you can't hunt lions with dogs in the sheep area due to the closures game and fish imposed. No dogs allowed in the sheep area, and No going off trail in the sheep area. So even if hunters wanted to go predator hunt on their own...they can't! This whole area is off limits to hunters now. More closures and restrictions on hunting in AZ. WTF?!? What are they thinking?!? I...i ... I'm at a loss of words...

don't know much about lion hunting dogs but, some pretty rugged country to be following hounds in.Oh, i know that country, its rough as all heck! But if its doable, I'm in.

And ENOUGH. with the documentation of every freakin lion that gets killed! Quit giving the antis ammo. Just smoke them kitties and keep quite about it the less they know the better.

Yeah, I feel for them, but it's for a great cause. Think of it as investing in your kids/relationship. It takes out some of the sting...

Yes, yes you do! And I like how it's all set up. I have a lot of crap that I bring with me, knives, flashlights, rope, headlamps, ect., and the pockets ate up my gear with room to spare. No more fighting with the water bladder or my sammitch container, everything I need (and alot of what i think I need...) fits.

I have no problems with the app fee. We have some of the best hunting in the country, $13 per app, per person, is a small price to pay for the opportunity to go hunting (maybe). I apply for 4-6 tags a year and gladly turn over my hard earned cash for the chance, however so small, to go do what I love. $54=$54, but sitting around a campfire with your Son enjoying the great outdoors=PRICELESS.

I have the 1850 and love it so far. I still can't get over how light it is. I keep thinking I forgot my pack frame, then I remember that it's carbon fiber... I haven't packed out a deer yet, but I've loaded it up with 60 lbs and it was as comfortable as if it was empty.

The last time I broke one, I just took it to Sportsmans and they shipped it out and charged me, but I think they stopped doing that. Call them, they'll let you known if it's covered and how to take care of everything.

I've broke 2 and my girlfriend broke one while "moving" it. Ship it back for a new rod. The only reason I'm not this time is because it's just a smashed line guide. $15 and an overnight stay at Phoenix Fishing Supply and she'll be as good as new!
