Well the 22 north hunt would be a great question. Those guys shoot from up top all the time. The actual break line for those units would be hard to enforce since it's hard to determine what's top or not.

I found a doe in unit 1 that was laying in the middle of a big meadow. When I walked up to her she had all 4 hooves blown off and not another mark on her beside some ruffled hair on her back. There had been a big storm the night before.

I'm all set we leave ventura harbor at 7 pm Friday night for a Yellow tail trip. It should be a lot cooler than sweating it out inj Az. Not a big fan of the early hunt.

I have shot them in 22,5a and 27. They have to be one of the fastest birds out there. I know I have killed more pine limbs than birds.

What good does it do to take the camera, just hang your stand and be in it before anyone else gets there. Just because someone has a camera there doesn't mean they are hunting there.

I have always tried the karma thing but it just does not work that way. I will not mess with anyone's cameras however I have someone at a tank that has turned mine off and around. The last time he deleted 2 days worth of pics and then threw it about 20 feet with it landing lens up so I got 4000 sky photos. I know some of you will say it probably got knocked off but I know better than that as 2 days worth of photos were deleted. He missed deleting the pic of his lower legs. No real hard feelings tho as he should be sweating his butt off for the couple little bucks hitting this tank I will be Yellow tail fishing and enjoying the ocean. Should be the best opening weekend ever.

They actually do not sell the information. They have to provide the list's as it is a public record request. The money they charge is for the processing fee. So yes anyone can obtain a list of successful tag holders.

Solo elk is not so bad. You don't have to worry about anything other than yourself. Mouth call when they get close no other movement to get busted by the bull.
