I think randalls had one on the shelf last time I was in there.

Do you have any factory m77 tang safety long action stocks?
-
Has anyone seen the list yet?

Nothing better than a nice piece of ink. My father is still alive, but is really beat up with a bad back. He can't hunt any longer, and I miss hunting with him.

If it wasn't a 50mm I would probably buy this. I need a smaller objective though. Bump for a good deal.

My hunting buddy and I spent a night in my Kodiak canvas tent last year in 7e December cow hunt. We had a mr. Buddy heater running on high off a BBQ tank and it was ok. We had a second mr. Buddy running on light green tanks that we used when we got up in the AM to get it warmer and more comfortable. You would need at least a couple BBQ tanks to make it through the whole hunt on buddy heaters though.

Scout the unit and learn the terrain. It is a good hunt, but can be a very cold hunt so check the weather and be prepared.

The other thing I would suggest is don't camp up next to the peaks unless you really plan to hunt them. Camp in some of the lower elevations to help get more sunlight during the day, and a little warmer temps.

I bought the saddle mtn skinner last year. I have not used it on game yet but I like it and it is sharp as heck. I plan to have a havalon to go with it for detail work.

6.5 gets it done. It is a great round all around even for kids. -
A couple years ago we rented and just went dry with a bunch of gallons of water bottles to ho bath in. Last year we took a buddies rv. We bought a role of duct wrap insulation and built a skirt around the bottom of the trailer. We planned to run a work light under the trailer at night to generate heat. The generator that was to run the light capped out so it was skirt only. It worked fine. The heat from the he trailer kept it warm. This was with temps in the low teens at night and wind. If it is colder your guess is as good as mine. We camped in an area with direct sun most of the hehe day too. This was for the December cow elk hunt in 7e.

What area is your hunt in?

I sent you an email. I think they will fit. I sent you a message.

Jack the tire up off the ground and install the chains. That is the easiest way I have done it. Fronts vs backs is up for debate. Some people want to make sure they can steer, some people want the traction of the rear tires. The only times I have chained I have used all 4. What size tires do you have? I have a full set of 4 chains you can borrow if you need them. They fit about 31-32" tires.

I like a good push hunt, and have been apart of them before in my life, but in my experience the pushers are also hunters with weapons trying to fill a tag. Having non-hunters push for you though is odd to me.

He was a flusher for a hunter, not the hunter. He had an unfortunate incident which is a shame. Let the hunter hunt, don't use people to flush and push animals to the hunter. That isn't my idea of hunting.

Stop cheating at hunting. Let the hunter hunt.

If I were you I would start looking in the transition areas where the pines turn to juniper. Get high and glass. Get to the places where roads aren't and see what you can find.

The best thing to do in 8 is get boots on the ground and time behind the binos. They can be all over the place in 8. I have been on good hunts there, and hunts where you would swear you were hunting ghosts.

It should have the mark and number of the series on the left side of the receiver.

It is a cut down enfield.

This was my thought as well. I usually have one in my truck.

Does he have a sun roof? I would leave him a note on his windshield letting him know that the sheriff & game & fish have been notified of his purposeful obstruction of the road. You might put a note on there that said the sheriff was going to send a tow truck to remove the broken down/abandon vehicle from the right of way...
